“I had a plumbing issue and decided to call Cody and Sons Plumbing in November, the first people they sent out didn't really do much, however I called them today and they sent out Caleb. Caleb fixed the problem! However the price seems a bit steep for what was actually done. They ended up cutting out maybe a two and a half foot section of PVC pipe, removing a toilet, snaking the system and using a camera. For that I was charged $936. Which was pretty high for me. However it does come with the two-year parts and warranty, so I guess that's great. Caleb explained what he was going to do and the charges (which again I felt like was a bit excessive). Caleb was pretty quick and straightforward. He cleaned up his mess when he was done and he finished the whole thing in about 2-3 hours. So in closing Caleb did a great job, he truly did, but you are going to pay for it and if you're looking at price (s) I can say with absolute surety that piece of mind is a wonderful, wonderful thing. and $936 (with taxes) is probably a small price for it. I gave them four stars simply because I thought it was a touch too expensive, but I would call them again, if I have another plumbing issue. I'm not sure what the company is paying Caleb, but it's probably not enough. ✌️”

“Cody and Sons was amazing. They communicated well before and during the service. They were extremely responsive and fixed my A/C unit quickly, while educating me about the equipment and making sure I understood my options without trying to sell me on stuff that was not necessary. They are best in class as far as customer service and their technician Zach was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I will highly recommend them to anyone in the DFW area. My experience was so much better than any other company I’ve ever used for HAVC service.”

“5/5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had Chance from Cody and Sons out to my home for an HVAC systems check as part of my VIP service plan, and I couldn't be more impressed! Chance was an absolute professional from start to finish. He is a phenomenal communicator who took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing during the inspection/maintenance. During the check, he took care of a filter change and thoroughly cleaned the coils on the outside compressor. He broke down exactly what the minor issues were, how these steps would resolve them, and gave me a great overview of how my system is set up. Beyond his technical expertise, Chance was incredibly fair, polite, and just a genuine, great gentleman. It is so refreshing to receive such honest and uplifting service. Highly recommend Chance and the team at Cody and Sons!”

The level of communication is extraordinary. Each person is passionate about doing a great job and providing the best service possible. Everybody is super knowledgeable in their roles. My entire complex uses them and I will also use them at my primary residence moving forward!”

It was not an easy job but he got it done in a week and was communicative throughout the whole project. It’s also great that they are locally owned and operated. So many of the other companies that gave us quote were “sister companies”.”
