“So I had the very horrific experience of my senior dog Willie getting stuck under the crawlspace of my house. It was a nightmare, but I was directed to reach out to roto-rooter to come out and use their special high-tech camera that they use in their line of work to try and find him under the house. Everyone I spoke to was kind and very understanding of the situation. They kept me updated and let me know that Help was on the way. Their excavation field supervisor, Jordan Gunderson came out. Right away, Jordan expressed his commitment to saving Willie and helped me stay at ease knowing that he was going to find him. Although he was in a completely different area from where he entered through, it didn’t take very long for Jordan to find him. He is a true PROFESSIONAL. He was very helpful, and even though his part of the job was done, he stuck around the entire time as the excavation crew worked diligently to make a big enough hole for Willie to be rescued. We quite literally could not have saved Willie without roto rooter services and Jordan. Thank you a million times for your work!!”

He advised me that I was fully covered and that they would come back and complete the job if in fact was grout $550. A salesman from Rotorooter showed up, tried to do a water damage repair claim once advised there was no water damage. He tried to sell me a roof. When the plumber showed up he advised he has seen this a million times and he does not need the camera said it’s a grout blockage and they don’t cover that. and sent me a quote to repair for $6500. This was never about fixing my grout repair. This was all about up charging me. I advised from the beginning it was a grout blockage.”
