“Had to wait over a week to even get a tech out. Was told my service time window was between 11am and 1pm. 1pm came and went, called twice with no answer. Tech showed up at 1:40pm. Did the quick repair and was gone by 2:07. They doubled my service call fee because the tech was at my call for more than an hour...um no. The lady even accused me of lying saying that the tech was on the phone with her husband the whole time. Yes, he called his boss and was on the phone for most of the service time. Should I mention that was because he didn't know how to get the faucet apart and had to go back out to his truck twice because he couldn't figure out the right part? I try to use good local companies but this is one I will not recommend.”
