I was subsequently advised that my technician would be Fernando Vasquez, given his background, and advised when he would arrive. Arriving on time, he proved to be very knowledgeable and professional, explaining each of his steps to diagnosing the failure. Ultimately he provided his findings, some sound advice along with the costs, with no pressure, at all, to upsell me. Given that the complete fix will require a follow up service call, I pressure to upsell. that Fernando went beyond protocol to ensure we would remain comfortable until his next promptly scheduled visit to complete th”

“I was fortunate to have Trevor lay who has 24 years experience. He was nice, professional, and took time to explain exactly what I have and how it worked. I even joined him up in the attic to see the system up there, which doesn’t make any sense to me. I worked with Ella to set my appointment. Once we figured out if it was going to be a morning or an afternoon time, it was great. One thing I would say is that they do need to give people a AM or a p.m. time.
