“I first called into Lone Star Water Services to inquire about a water softener. I spoke with Harry who was very informative on the quality of water we have in the hill country and the benefits a quality water softener system could provide. Garrett (Harry's brother and owner) came out a few days later to install my new system. They did quick, efficient work and walked me through the system. You can tell this company builds their brand through quality work and word of mouth- no sales tactics. I would highly recommend them and feel very good about the system they installed.”

“Lone Star Water Services is one of the rare companies that goes above and beyond in every interaction. Lone Star installed my water softener around 2 1/2 years ago to replace a broken one. They answered all of my questions, did some additional plumbing work I had casually mentioned to them, and never once tried to upsell me. On top of all of that, they were cheaper than other options and did a clean, quick job. Russell and Garrett were also incredibly responsive and understanding with all of the questions I had in the weeks following install since I hadn’t had a softener on my house before. Fast forward to yesterday, July 4th. The soil around my softener had settled which ended up snapping a pipe and water was gushing everywhere. Harry returned the voicemail I left within fifteen minutes (on a holiday!), looked at pictures I sent him, diagnosed the issue and even tried to get someone out the same day. Although I have not personally met the owner Garrett, I admire his choice of employees. First, I had a propane water heater installed at a fair price with Lone Star Water Services. Unfortunately it was faulty and failed after a few months. True to their guarantee, they came back out and installed a new one at no charge. I was so impressed with their service and integrity I called them to look at plumbing at another property I own. Russell spent more than an hour estimating the problem and scope of work. My dog even bit him a little and he didn't freak out too much. He gave an honest and clear assessment of the problem and again charged no money! As I write this I regret not giving him a huge tip.
