“Have used Clearwater Plumbing since their inception. Have had nothing but great competency and professionalism the entire time. This time it was replace my water heater and unclog the commode lines and clean commodes with acid. I would recommend them anytime.”

“We had a very negative experience trying to coordinate a water softener install with Clearwater Plumbing along with the integration of rainwater with well water backup through another local business. Rebecca, who I believe is the business coordinator of some sort, took it upon herself to terminate a time sensitive install for a conflict that I am certain could have been resolved with a few minutes of open-mindedness and problem solving. I was fully prepared to pay for a qualified plumbers consultation, expertise and labor, and completely willing to accept additional charges to meet our goals. I am regretful to report that her behavior was dismissive, unprofessional, and outright aggressive and condescending after the slightest bit of conflict. While I don’t mean to tarnish the reputation of, quite possibly, very skilled plumbers working under the Clearwater business name, I would recommend homeowners look elsewhere for a plumbing business model that provides more than simple straight forward labor projects.”

It was a problem child,( the toilet), but Jim would not quit till he fixed it. Hardest working person I’ve had the pleasure to do work with. “Our realtor recommended Clearwater Plumbing based on his own personal experience using them for his home. When our water heater started acting up on a Sunday, I didn't know who to call. Spoke with another company because we didn't know if the issue was an emergency or could wait until Monday morning. Long story short, we ended up having Jackson from Clearwater Plumbing come out to give us a diagnosis & estimate on Monday, and were very impressed with his knowledge and willingness to not oversell us on stuff we didn't need. He came out a separate time to teach us how to turn the water heater on/off and how to manage the leak while we waited for the part. The estimate for replacing parts vs. buying a whole new water heater was much more reasonable than the other company. Rebecca (office manager) was very helpful in determining what part we could order ourselves to help keep the costs down, and the whole team was flexible in fitting us in the day the part came in. This all happened during the COVID-19 pandemic, and Jackson was very courteous about wearing a mask, gloves and shoe covers. We will definitely be calling Clearwater Plumbing again for any of our plumbing and water softner needs. Good to be able to support a local, family-run business!”
