GLENN MECHANICAL

Glenn Mechanical runs their plumbing operations from El Dorado, TX. The team specializes in fixing and installing plumbing for both homes and commercial buildings in the region. They deal with the kinds of problems that come up in Texas weather patterns where summer heat stresses pipes and winter cold snaps can lead to bursts or frozen lines. Homeowners and businesses around here face regular calls for clogged drains, failing water heaters, and sewer backups that disrupt daily routines, and this crew shows up to handle residential service calls or larger commercial pipe fitting jobs without dragging things out.

They cover full plumbing service including hydro jetting to clear tough blockages in sewer systems, pipe fitting for new construction or repairs, and water heater installs or replacements that keep hot water reliable. The work also extends to bathroom remodels where old fixtures get swapped for updated setups, along with generator installation to maintain power during outages that hit rural spots. Crews clean and repair ductwork when it ties into overall system flow, and they manage boiler service for properties that use them. In practice this means showing up with the right tools to diagnose leaks or low pressure on site, then completing the fix so the job does not drag on for days.

Customers in El Dorado consistently note fast response times on emergency calls, solid work that holds up without callbacks, fair pricing that beats bigger outfits, and clear updates during the job. These traits add up when dealing with the mix of old homes and growing commercial spots that need steady plumbing support year round. DIRT Score 4.8 from 361 reviews on Finds.

“We had an exceptional experience working with Glenn mechanical they were able to revamp and install a new HVAC system for us guaranteeing customer satisfaction. We appreciate the time and effort Glenn mechanical took to meet with us methodically week after week to make sure the job was done. I could not recommend them enough, truly an outstanding an impressive customer experience”

“They sent two technicians to the house to replace my water heater. They were very polite and very knowledgeable about everything.. They did an outstanding job. Clean and neat. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone and if I need any plumbing Glenn will be the one who does my plumbing from now on.”

“I have always had exceptional service with Glenn's Mechanical with plumbing and HVAC services. However, the pool maintenance is sub par. The cost is around 140.00 a week, the guy comes here and if you do not watch him he will not skim the pool, vacuum etc. He just throws chemical in and put your robot that is for your use only, and leave. He always has an attitude and always cutting corners. My wife called to complain and was chewed out by his supervisor Robert. He would not stop talking to listen to what she was saying. So the pool maintenance dept was fired on the spot. I would give Glenn's other departments 5 stars. But due to the inconsistency and attitude of the pool maintenance dept I would give a negative 5 + stars.”

“Due to my own poor planning I was in a big hurry to get a new toilet (I purchased it myself at HD) installed in a renovated bathroom before guests arrived Christmas week. I called Glenn's and they sent a guy out the next morning. He got the toilet mounted, did an excellent job, and was gone in about two hours. It really got me out of a bind!”

“I appreciate how quickly they addressed my problem and then how well they communicated with me thru the whole process! Customer service and satisfaction is at the forefront! Also sent a sent a picture of the finished project as we were not at home! We can’t be be more pleased Robert and Johnathan.”
