What Customers Say

This company will NEVER be allowed as a provider at our home ever again. I informed American Home Warranty of what the owner tried to do AFTER his own honest and polite plumber cleared a plumbing blockage. Gabriel tried to clear the blockage with a 75 ft snake in the clean out outside of our home. We knew it was only a 75 ft snake because he told us it was. He left to the office get the work truck AND the 125 ft snake. He texted me later to say he was waiting on the okay to return. Fine. The next morning I called office to verify he would return and I was told yes after they opened office...I called before 830 am. Another call 2 hours later and my husband was told that the 100 ft snake was already used and it was going to cost $180 extra for the extra length needed. My husband argued the point that we KNEW it was a 75 ft that was used yesterday. American Home Warranty covers max of 125 ft to clear blockage and we know this. Gabriel comes back out, apologizes for what was going on at office and proceeds to clear our blockage with the 115 foot snake that he told my husband that he had that day. He relays that he also told the owner that it was only 75 ft the previous day. All done, right? No. I get a call from Gabriel that the owner is telling him he needed to return to present us a bill. I explained that service was covered under AHW and we didn't owe any more. THE OWNER then called ME and proceeds to try to bully me to pay a bill that I knew and told him I knew was covered by AHW. I read him the AHW contract regarding clearing plumbing blockages. He lets me know that AHW pays him "peanuts" and how was he supposed to run a business? This was the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL call I have ever had and I told him as much. After much back and forth I finally hung up on him. After hanging up on him I informed AHW of what had transpired and I never wanted them to return as a provider. Gabriel did his job effectively and was courteous AND HONEST with us and his boss. Bottom line is this company was trying to lie and bully us to pay extra fee for a service that was completely covered by our home warranty.

Gabriel came over promptly. He was very knowledgeable and explained what he was going to do. Very friendly and positive. And made sure the drain was working correctly. Thank you Gabriel. God bless you

Had a great experience with this company gabriel went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly and professional. Especially on a Sunday when prices go up higher on weekends. Thank you so much .. you will be forever on my plumbing needs go too.

The worst! If your warranty insurance refers them to you or you are shopping around - look elsewhere! They are the worst! From not returning calls to coming 5 hrs after the scheduled appt and THEN the problem not being fixed after the half ass job they do, GO ELSEWHERE! Save yourself some time!

I have First American Home Warranty and A & P Plumping company was overage charging the warranty company for services that were not necessary and are part of the replacement coverage for a water heater replacement. A & P Plumbing came out did their inspection for the work order and told me that it would take 2-3 days for approval, but when I called First American Home warranty they told me it was 5-7 days. This had never happened with prior companies. The warranty company also wanted an additional $660.00 for work that was already covered. Do not trust First American Home Warranty or especially A & P plumbing. I would not recommend this company to family or friends.
