“Excellent service from start to finish. I was looking online for someone to come and do a job at my house quickly, I have kids and wasn’t trying to spend too much time without a working toilet. I contacted New Age and they responded to my house quicker than expected. Carlos and Rob were professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to clearly explain the issue and walked me through how to prevent similar problems in the future, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find a company that’s both efficient and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend their plumbing services.”

“I am selling my parents house and to my surprise on Sunday the faucet from the bathroom tub was leaking. I shut the main line on the street unfortunately water was still running. I called on Sunday to find how much the service would be on Sunday. Mia answered and gave me a price for service on Sunday plus whatever the problem would be. So I asked for Monday and Mia said the technician would come until noon since they had pending services in the morning. I live in the Eastside and the services needed to be done in the central Area. So I went to central and waitef I called at 12;30 Mia answered and i asked her what the status was. To me it sounded like Mia possibly did not write in this appointment because it sounded like I was not scheduled she asked for the address and what the problem was. I get it the company possibly gets alot of calls and how are they going to remember what was the conversation. Anyway she said they will be around 3;00 pm. Well I wasn't going back to the eastside. What am I going to do on an empty house that I am selling. So I went to Costco. I made it back before 3 pm. Waited and called at 4 pm the phone rang no answer and voice box was full. I guess my urgency is not their customer service. Going home about 4;30 I received a call from another plumber company. This other company took care of me today. And I never received a courtesy call from New Age. As a female I don't recommend this company.”
