Plumbing Guys of El Paso

Plumbing Guys of El Paso works out of El Paso, Texas as a straight-up plumbing crew that handles repairs for houses and small businesses across the city. They take on the usual headaches like leaking pipes, backed-up drains, and water heaters that quit working right when the weather turns hot. Homeowners around here often run into old lines and hard water that wears things down fast, so the crew shows up with the right gear to get water moving again and stop small issues from turning into bigger messes in the yard or under the slab.

They replace water service lines from the meter all the way to the garage while putting in fresh shutoff valves and boring under sidewalks instead of tearing them up, then they fix the rock yard so it looks like they were never there. Kitchen leaks get handled by techs like Quin who roll in quick, spot the problem, and have it sealed off inside forty-five minutes. For clogged kitchen sinks, Isaiah and Tony clear the blockage on the spot and take extra time to show what steps prevent the same trouble later. They also install garbage disposals, track down hidden leaks with cameras, and sort out water heater installs or repairs without leaving a mess behind.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up solid every time, the crew moves fast on calls, and the prices stay reasonable without surprise add-ons. The plumbers explain each step in plain terms so folks know what is happening and how to keep things running. Response times stay short even on busy days, and the overall quality means fewer callbacks after the truck pulls away. DIRT Score 4.8 from 277 reviews on Finds.

“Plumbing Guys of El Paso replaced my water service line from the meter to my garage, along with a new shutoff valve. The job was done thoroughly and with care — they bored under the sidewalk instead of cutting it, restored my rock yard nicely, and made sure everything was left clean and functional. The pricing for the replacement was fair, and I appreciated that when we ran into a few unexpected challenges, they worked with me to find solutions that kept my water on and the project moving forward. They also extended my warranty, which gave me extra peace of mind. Overall, I’m satisfied with the quality of the work and the way they handled the job. With just a little more consistency around scheduling and communication, they’d easily be a 5-star company.”

“Plumbing Guys was a huge lifesaver with my kitchen leak issue! Another company quoted me a ridiculous high amount to fix the water leak in my kitchen. TYJ was my second call and I had Quin at my house within the hour. He was PHENOMENAL! Within 45 minutes, he had diagnosed the issue, fixed it, was extremely knowledgeable, amazing customer service and the cost alone was a steal! He saved me a headache with insurance and gave me peace of mind to know my kitchen was safe and it was truly a simple fix and not a money grab situation. This company has a lifetime client here after the incredible service and staff! 💙”
