“Would not recommend this company. They came out to inspect a leak and immediately insisted that a completely new toilet was needed without actually removing or properly inspecting the existing toilet to identify the issue. They also charged $375 just for the inspection. We decided to get a second opinion, and the problem was identified almost immediately. The toilet itself was perfectly fine — the issue only required a simple replacement part, not a full toilet replacement. Very disappointed with both the misdiagnosis and the cost of service. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not use or recommend this company again.”

“Responded to my call right away. I was unfortunately between a rock and a hard place when the water at the street refused to turn off and a water pipe burst inside a wall directly behind my water heater. I have copper pipes and this particular pipe had already had a section removed due to pin hole corrosion by another plumber. Unfortunately, another pin hole had formed in a nearby location. Instead of a patch they opted to remove approximately a yard of pipe to replace it with PEX. I am happy with the repair quality so far, in that I have had no more leaks but I do not feel that the material cost or the repair service warranted such an extreme cost. I feel that they took advantage of the situation for less than 30-45 minutes of work. They exceeded the quote I was given over the phone when they returned my call by almost triple the price. I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN. I FELT DEEPLY TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. It’s a little expensive on the weekends so I recommend calling them during the week day. They did a great job and I no longer have to worry about my water heater getting damaged.”
