About
Pronto Plumbers Inc. operates out of El Paso, Texas as a local plumbing outfit focused on residential and commercial work. They handle repairs for leaks, clogs, and burst pipes with a team that shows up Monday through Friday. Homeowners in the area call them for straightforward fixes that keep the water flowing without unnecessary hassle. Their shop sits on Rosa Avenue and they stick to reliable methods that have kept customers coming back for years instead of shopping around for other crews in town.
They replace old tub faucets that leak nonstop and add covers to avoid messing up tile around them. Technicians like Fabian and Eliseo show up to stop water spinning out from lines and clean up the yard better than they found it. For tankless water heaters they schedule service but sometimes need to adjust times. Long time users say the foremen listen to what the homeowner needs and deliver a professional result without extra cuts or damage under sinks. This hands on approach covers everything from simple clogs to bigger line issues in El Paso homes where summer heat and hard water create constant wear.
Customers give high marks for the quality of the work with scores hitting nine out of ten in that area. They notice how the crew keeps things neat and finishes jobs right the first time. Fair prices and careful listening stand out along with showing up when promised most of the time. One note about a canceled appointment shows room for better notice but overall the steady performance builds trust. DIRT Score 4.59 from 142 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say
“I had to get a tub faucet replaced because it was very old and was leaking continously. They fixed the leak and placed a nice cover over the faucet taking into consideration I would not be able to replace old tile. They did a good job They did not do extra cuts under the kitchen sink to check water pressure. They cleaned after the work was done. Prices could be better. I understand everything has gone up but, I appreciate that the diagnosis fee is deducted from total if job is done. Excellent incentive!!! I will be using them in the future.”
“I've been using Pronto Plumbers exclusively for a good many years now, after trying other plumbing outfits in EP. I rely on Pronto because they offer the most personal service experience, are fair in pricing, listen carefully to the homeowner, and do a superior, professional job. The foremen plumbers I've met, like Domingo and, previously, Steve Nunez (now partly retired) are exceptionally skilled, knowledgeable, helpful, and warm, friendly people who welcome questions and put the customer at ease. They can handle huge jobs without a problem, because I've had jobs of that kind in my old house, and they've gone out of their way on multiple jobs to ease the experience for me as homeowner. In their pricing, it's clear they aren't trying to take the customer to the cleaners. From the office dispatcher and staff, especially awesome Angie, to the owner, Victor, these are incredible people who treat the customer like a human being, not a job number. And they offer an apprentice program, which is so important for training the next generation, and not so common these days!”
“Pronto Plumbers came within the scheduled wimdow. Water was spinning out from the PCB, as seen in the left picture. Fabian and Eliseo performed the work, leaving the landscaping looking better than before there was a plumbing issue, as seen in the right picture. Fabian and Eliseo were very cordial, courteous, and respectful.”
“Absolutely terrible customer service. I had a tankless water heater service scheduled today between 8am and 10am and instead of receiving a courtesy phone call, I was sent an email on the day of my scheduled service canceling the appointment and stating they couldn’t reschedule until after the 26th of January. Keep in mind I had already taken the day off of work for this scheduled service! The day before my appointment I spoke with Victor who was right off the back was extremely rude and spoke over me the entire time, refusing to let me explain or even finish a sentence. There was no effort to listen or provide any level of customer service yet was demanding a $355 service charge without even having listened or shown up for any kind of work. I tried explaining that Angie (office manager) had already given me the price of $155 (assessment fee) and he basically said “it’s $355 did you still want me to go”. Customer service matters just as much as the work, and this experience was completely unprofessional. I will never use Pronto Plumbing again and will be sure to warn friends and family about the poor service. Save yourselves the headache and call anyone else! I’d give this a 0 ⭐️ rating if I could! Be better Pronto Plumbing!!”
“Fabian was the service representative and I give him 5 stars. He was very helpful and pleasant and corrected my issues completely.”
