Best Jet Sewer & Drain Services

Best Jet Sewer & Drain Services runs as a family-owned plumbing outfit based in Fayetteville. Their main trade centers on sewer and drain work with a focus on hydro jetting and septic tank services throughout Northwest Arkansas. Licensed for the full range of these tasks they stay available around the clock to handle calls from homeowners who need lines cleared or systems checked. The crew sticks to straightforward fixes that keep water moving and waste contained without extra layers of hassle in a region where rural properties often rely on septic setups.

Their day-to-day work covers hydro jetting to blast through stubborn clogs in main lines, septic tank pumping and installation for homes that sit off city sewers, plus video camera inspections that let them spot breaks or roots before they turn into bigger messes. In Fayetteville plumbers face frequent issues from heavy rains that overload drains and clay-heavy ground that shifts pipes over time so these crews roll out with the right tools to restore flow fast. Homeowners call when sinks back up or toilets refuse to drain and the team works through the blockage on site rather than pushing for full replacements every time.

Customers give them credit for showing up when needed and keeping costs in line with the job size while communication stays direct about what the repair will take. Speed on emergency drain calls and solid quality on septic work add up across the board even if some jobs run longer than planned in tough soil. The steady volume of reviews shows they handle the common plumbing headaches without overpromising on results. DIRT Score 3.59 from 73 reviews on Finds.

“I'm involved with a new home purchase and asked Best Jet Sewer and Drain to perform a full septic inspection. On the other hand, the seller wanted a certificate of septic compliance required for closing. Our realtors verified with them that they could perform a full septic inspection AND provide the certificate of compliance. Best Jet agreed that they could do both. After services were performed, neither requirement was satisfied. One, they are not authorised to provide the certificate of compliance, so we had to hire an alternate company for this, causing our realtors to eat the cost of their dishonesty. Two, their definition of a "full septic inspection" was a joke. It is commonly understood that this involves pumping the tank, checking for cracks and leaks, inspecting the baffles, ev”

“Had a very good experience with these guys. They were knowledgeable, helped me problem solve, and were the quickest to respond when I had an emergency. When they came out the guys were very nice and helpful. They left saying “Happy Flushing!” I wanted to leave a nice review for them.”

“Had a mishap with pipe in septic field. Called, they sent someone out, and quickly got it fixed. So pleased.”

“I recommend this company and their service! Johnathan cleaned out our blockage in less than 5 minutes- WOW!!!!! He ran the jet cleaner from the septic drain clean-out, which is ok but I later asked that they come back and clean out the line from the septic. I called Bertha and she was great! Jonathan came back the the same day I made the request, accessed the septic tank, removed the baffle and did a thorough cleaning of the line at no extra cost. VERY seldom do you find a company willing to satisfy their customers requests. We are a customer for life. Many thanks to both Jonathan & Bertha!”
