Ruben came out the same day to have everything inspected and removed the broken water heater. 2 days later Ruben and Marcus came out to hook up our new tackles water heater and water softener unit. Both Marcus and Ruben were friendly, professional and took the time to make sure the job was done right. They examined and walked me through what need to be done for maintenance and helped me set up the wi-Fi. I would highly recommend them to anyone. And would be happy to have them come back for other jobs I may need to have done in the future.”

He not only helped me out with a warranty call, he gave me some instructions on less frustrating methods for relighting the pilot. I just bought a place and there’s a number of projects that need to happen with a bit of a price tag associated. He took the time to go out and look at the air conditioner and lines at my request and gave me an evaluation of the overall condition so I can plan ahead for replacement timing. My unit still uses R22 and it can’t be recharged but otherwise it’s in better condition than expected for such an old unit. He gave me an installation quote. “Wow, this is the only HVAC/plumbing company to call!! We came home from vacation to no hot water. Had another company come out and they quoted double what Ace charged us. Thankfully we trusted out gut and knew the 1st company was taking advantage of us. Marcus from Ace was professional and not only provided us with a free 2nd opinion, he came out within an hour of us calling, provided the quote, left to get all the parts (entire hot water heater, piping/valves etc) and returned the same afternoon and got us going within hours of our call. The other guys took our $95 service fee (did nothing) but Ace (&Marcus) really came through for us today!! They only locate, and do not repair. I emailed Ace and also left 4 messages with an operator to set up an appointment. No call back. Radio silence. Nothing.
