Assurance Plumbing and Heating

Assurance Plumbing and Heating operates as a locally owned and run family business based in Flagstaff. Their main trade centers on plumbing and heating for houses throughout the region. They hold all the necessary licenses and stay bonded plus insured so homeowners know they are dealing with proper professionals. The outfit provides emergency service at any hour and focuses on the practical needs that come up in a place like this instead of flashy promises. Serving the surrounding communities they handle jobs that range from basic repairs to full remodeling projects in new construction. In Flagstaff the cold winters and occasional freezes mean plumbers see a lot of busted pipes and frozen lines that need quick thawing or replacement before water damage spreads. Homeowners often call for drain cleaning after heavy snowmelt clogs systems or for water heater fixes when the high altitude affects pressure and performance. Assurance sends out crews for these everyday issues plus bigger jobs like installing new fixtures during remodels or setting up entire plumbing runs in fresh builds. They work on heating systems too when furnaces act up during the long cold snaps that hit the area each year. Customers keep coming back because the crew shows up fast when called especially for after hours problems and gets the work done right the first time without cutting corners. The pricing stays reasonable for the quality of parts and labor that hold up through tough weather conditions common around here. Communication comes across clear with straight talk on what needs fixing and how much time it will take so there are no surprises at the end. Homeowners in Flagstaff note that this combination of speed and honest dealings builds real trust over repeated service calls for both plumbing and heating needs. “Had issues with the toilet and needed a plumber asap. I called Assurance plumbing and they were able to schedule someone to come out the next day. Tim showed up ahead of schedule the next day. He was extremely professional and very experienced. Awesome service! He was not only very thorough but was able to complete the whole job in only an hour and a half. Toilet works great now all thanks to him. 100% recommend!”

“I had a great experience with Assurance Plumbing and technician Tim Mendez. Tim came out to my condo in Sedona after I noticed the water pressure was off and the faucets were no longer providing a steady stream of water. He thoroughly inspected the issue, clearly explained what was causing the problem, and walked me through the recommended repairs. Tim replaced the PRV (pressure reducing valve), and the difference was immediate—everything is now working perfectly with strong, consistent water pressure throughout the condo. While he was here, he also replaced the fill valve in our toilet, which had been running continuously, and fixed that issue as well. Tim was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. The workmanship was excellent,”

“My technician Scott has been out to my house twice now. Always very professional, knowledgeable and gets the issue done efficiently and effectively. He explained everything clearly so I understood what went wrong and the solution. This company is definitely my go to for all my plumbing needs. I also don’t feel the price has been bad at all. I feel very safe in trusting them and recommending them.”

“Sean was amazing. I bought a range/stove (gas) from Home Depot and their delivery service couldn’t have been more incompetent. After 3 minutes with their crew I knew I didn’t want them handling gas couplings in my home. I called Assurance Plumbing, Sean showed up within an hour and had it done SAFELY in 20 minutes. My advice is to skip the Home Depot installation and go straight to Assurance. It will cost you a little more, but if your time is remotely valuable—skip straight to Sean and Assurance. #Sean4theWin”

“My technician was awesome! The water heater stopped working while I was away on travel. It took 2 visits to identify the issue but he was extremely professional, kept me updated, and ended repairing the issue. I’ve used assurance for various needs and will continue going back!”

“Assurance Plumbing replaced a water heater and added a water softener to my home. Their staff were very friendly and super hard working, and I’m so happy that I decided to go with their company! It was a hot day and their staff had to do extensive work under my crawl space, which was not easy. I will absolutely continue to use their company for all my future plumbing!”

“Assurance Plumbing and Heating is the best in Flagstaff. They are quick, reliable, honest, and fair priced. They have integrity. They are extremely knowledgeable with an exceptional staff and service agents. Sean was the service tech. I've never been more impressed with someone's work ethic, skill set and willingness to teach me a few tricks. He was kind and had a great sense of humor. I've been around the plumbing industry for decades and no one comes close to the exceptional service and honest and fair prices they provide. Best in Flagstaff! UPDATE I had another job and John came out and fixed a leaked within minutes and saved me a bunch whereas it would have been easy for someone to rip me off, over charge and do unnecessary work. John was pleasant, light hearted knowledgeable and supe”

“I was very pleased with the professional service call by the technician, Tim. He thoroughly explained the steps needed for my maintenance issue. And was very diligent in determining there was no gas leak at a connection point to my propane on demand hot water heater. I will continue to use Assurance Plumbing for any repairs and maintenance and would definitely recommend their services to others.”
