Canyon Plumbing Solutions

Canyon Plumbing Solutions works as a plumbing outfit based in Flagstaff, TX. They handle the full range of plumbing needs for homes across the area, with a focus on getting water systems running right whether the issue is a simple leak or a full replacement. The crew draws from practical experience fixing everyday problems that come up in Texas homes, such as dealing with hard water buildup and lines that take a beating from temperature swings. Their approach stays straightforward, showing up with the tools to sort out installations and repairs without dragging things out.

Homeowners in Flagstaff often call on them for clogged pipe fixes through drain cleaning, broken pipe replacements, and new setups like toilet installation and repair along with faucet and sink work. They also tackle garbage disposal installation and repair, pressure reduction valve jobs, hose spigot additions, gas line installations, and water filter placements to keep fresh water flowing clean. In this part of Texas, plumbers see plenty of action from summer heat stressing joints and occasional freezes that crack lines, so the team moves fast on those emergency calls while handling steady maintenance like valve adjustments to prevent bigger headaches down the road. Customers get clear explanations on what needs doing and straight pricing on the spot.

Folks keep coming back because the work holds up under real use, with quick responses that cut down on downtime and solid fixes that last without callbacks. Communication stays direct from the first call through the finish, and prices land fair for the quality of materials and labor put in. That track record builds trust across repeat jobs on everything from basic clogs to gas line runs. DIRT Score 4.91 from 160 reviews on Finds.

“Tom did excellent work on my 40 gallon natural gas water heater replacement. His customer service is top notch, he is easy to work with, he shows up when he says he will, he takes the thought & time to make his pipefitting look extremely nice (anything but sloppy) & he is 100% trustworthy. I gave him the address and code to my house and he did the job when I was out of town and he cleaned up and locked up afterwards.”

“I needed a FLAGSTAFF PLUMBER to install a new water heater for me. I was having issues, besides not enough hot water, such as possible natural gas and/or carbon monoxide leak. Instead of bumping up to a 75 GALLON tank and that expense, Tom Bush of Canyon Plumbing suggested a hot water mixing valve that would increase the capacity of my 50 gallon tank. Also, I opted for an electric anion rod to make my tank last forever. In addition he did a fabulous install of my new expansion tank and rerouted my hot water circulating pump as well as my T&P valve and pipe (see picture). It is a work of art! I had several other plumbers out but one never came back to give me a written quote even after multiple phone calls. The other one gave me a verbal quote and said they were going to show up the next Mo”

“Tom came out and gave me a detailed estimate in writing listing what each job would cost so I could tailor my repairs to my budget. I was very impressed with how detailed his estimate was. I hired him and scheduled him right away. He showed up on time with everything he needed on his truck and installed a new RO system and brought my furnace & Water heater installation up to code. He then moved my irrigation and drain valves to a more usable location. He knows his trade extremely well. His prices are fair. His work is excellent. I highly recommend his work, his work ethic, his communication skills and his thorough preparation for the job at hand. He is based in Flagstaff but covers Williams and a good deal of Northern Arizona. If you want it done right the first time then Tom Bush and Cany”

“Wow! Thanks to Tom for being our plumber hero today. Last night we discovered a worsening dripping bathtub faucet. Tom graciously responded to our (desperate?) text early this morning and was able to come to our house this afternoon. He was very thorough and efficient (what a rare combo!) and excelled with updates regarding his arrival time. We were super impressed with Tom’s reasonable rates and that he charged by the job, not by the hour. Heck, we were so impressed that we had him repair another plumbing issue as he had the time and equipment to do so. Thanks to Tom for the stellar service, fixing our plumbing issues, and being so friendly with our dog.”

“Tom came out on a Sunday afternoon for a shower cartridge replacement and replaced the stops under the sink in our AirBnB before our guests arrived the next day! He is the only plumber who got back to me after I reached out to 5+ plumbers in the area on a Saturday. The best part is, I was able to book online through his convenient, up-to-date booking system on his website, so I knew my appointment was set even before he quickly called back and confirmed it! Tom was super friendly, helpful, and overall an awesome plumber. We are so grateful to have found him, and we will be recommending him to anyone in the area!”

“Tom is very knowledgeable and thorough in his work. I request quotes from several companies for a tankless water heater system and was most impressed by his. He was very detailed in the costs involved and the work to be done. In fact his quote was so detailed and included information that others did not, that when I contacted the others companies to ask about items included in Tom’s quote they admitted that they had forgotten to include them. I highly recommend Canyon Plumbing and will definitely be contacting them for any future needs.”

“Water Softener and Reverse Osmosis System Installation Tom did a great job. His original estimate was accurate. He showed up when he said he would and was very professional. He gave us all the information we needed to keep our new systems in good working condition for years to come. When he finished the job, he made sure all debris and boxes were removed. I highly recommend Tom.”

“Tom from Canyon Plumbing was fantastic to work with. He responded immediately—even on a Sunday—which was incredibly helpful given the urgency of our situation. He arrived right on time, just after our guest checked out, which made coordinating around our short-term rental schedule seamless. We really appreciate his professionalism, reliability, and understanding of how important timing is when you’re managing guest check-ins and check-outs. Tom is a local Flagstaff plumber who I highly recommend for anyone looking for prompt and dependable plumbing service!”

“Tom provided excellent customerservice when I needed to replace my booster water pump, which supplies all of my domestic water. I was very impressed with all of the research he did before the scheduled date, to make sure I would have the right pump, it was an impressive effort. The installation was performed efficiently and professionally. It was a great day when I could once again turn on the faucet and have water. I highly recommend Canyon Plumbing solutions for any of your plumbing needs, great customer services.”
