“Brian responded with 30 minutes of finding out we had a cracked hose bib line and got us up and running again in no time! Very fair pricing as well. Highly recommend Lynlee plumbing for plumbing repairs!”

“Lynlee Plumbing did a great job replumbing my older mobile. He used the plex and I'm looking forward to no leaks! It was quite a puzzle being worked on by various plumbers throughout the years. He showed up faithfully every day to get it done. He was very pleasant to work with and great at communicating. Thanks Brian!”

“I want to express my gratitude to Brian, the owner of Lynlee Plumbing! Our experience with plumbers in our area was less than satisfactory. We were met with some amazingly unreasonable pricing. One quoted $500 for a clogged toilet, and another wanted $450 just to replace a provided toilet! To top it off, none of the companies were willing to provide pricing over the phone and charged us just for the privilege of driving to our home to price gouge us. But when we called Brian, he not only did he offer transparent pricing upfront, but he also managed to schedule us within just a couple of days. That level of promptness was fantastic. Some plumbers we called couldn't commit to a visit within a week. I was truly impressed by Brian's professionalism and grateful for his fair rates. For anyon”

“Brian recently installed a whole home water filter/softener system for me. He was on time, and did great work. I’ll have no hesitation calling him for future projects or repairs.”

“Brian with Lynlee plumbing remodeled my bathroom and it turned out so beautiful. He was patient with the flooring installer who turned out to be a nightmare but Brian worked around his schedule with several trips and was so nice even though a lot of his time was wasted due to the flooring guys shortcomings. Best thing was unlike all the other plumbers I had called he didn’t make me wait a month for a bid. Thank you Lynlee plumbing you are who I will always call for any plumbing issues I may have.”

“We have had Brian come out to Kachina so many times- adding waterlines, fixing gas leaks, fixing our main waterline, adding shut off valves, fixing toilet leaks and replacing macerator pumps for the basement toilet. He’s fast, honest, and shows up when he says he will. Reputable and reliable local tradesman.”

“Brian Andrus expertly installed our Water softener and Reverse Osmosis system. His knowledge and follow-up are exceptional!”

“Brian is super friendly and helpful. He came in quick and help fix our plumbing issues. I am definitely recommending him to others who always need any plumbing work.”

“Called Brian about an estimate, he was having dinner near bye. Said he could come right over, I explained to him it was not a rush we had a temporary fix. He said it was know problem. He came "right over"! Gave me the same estimate the other company did that was a know show no call for the original appointment, I had to text about a reschedule for the next day and they did show up then.., However I was not impressed. So I gave Brian the job. He schedule my job for Thursday, between 10 and 12, showed up has scheduled did the job as planned. Picked up my check as scheduled and my new water heater makes the world of difference in my house. Could not be any happier with the water heater, quality of service or professionalism we received. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you”
