T.C.R. Rooter and Plumbing Repair

T.C.R. Rooter and Plumbing Repair works as a plumber based in Flagstaff. The company has operated since 1993 with a crew of licensed plumbers who handle calls for homes and businesses across the area. They focus on rooter services along with full plumbing repairs that keep water systems flowing without constant breakdowns. Local conditions in Flagstaff bring cold snaps and heavy snow that test older pipes and drainage setups, so the team stays ready for those demands. Their background in the trade shows through steady work on both routine fixes and bigger jobs that come up in mountain towns like this one.

Plumbers here deal with emergency service when lines back up or heaters fail during winter. They clean drains, repair sewers, install water heaters, and handle grinder pumps along with hydrojetting to clear tough clogs. Trenchless methods help avoid digging up yards on sewer jobs, while new construction work covers custom homes that need radiant heat or snow melt systems. In Flagstaff the weather means frozen pipes show up often, and homeowners face extra wear on outdoor lines from freeze thaw cycles. The crew moves in with the right tools to locate problems fast, fix them on site, and leave the property clean rather than torn apart from unnecessary excavation.

Homeowners keep calling back because the work holds up over time and the crew shows up when promised without dragging jobs out. Reviews point to solid quality on repairs that last through seasons, fair pricing that matches the scope of each job, and clear updates during the process. That volume of feedback adds up to a track record of getting plumbing issues resolved right the first time in a place where weather creates repeat challenges. “Jeff came to give me an estimate very quickly after I called to request one. He was clear and knowledgeable. We haven’t had work done yet but my neighbor thinks very highly of this company We have now had the work done. The men explained everything. They were neat and efficient. And they were very nice!”

“I was very pleased with the service I received from TCR plumbing from the scheduling to the actual plumbing visit. TCR was able to send Tony out the very same day I called to schedule the drain clean-out service. He was able to clear the line and get my sewer line flowing smoothly again in a very timely manner.”

“GREAT SERVICE!! From Reannan on the telephone to the tech Terance, I couldn't have asked for a more timely, efficient, courteous experience. Terance even arrived earlier than I was told. Finished in no time at all. Reagan was very knowledgeable and very helpful on the phone. She deserves a raise!. They are MY plumbers from now on!! Thanks TCR!!”

“If I could leave more than a 5 star review, I would. TCR went above and beyond to help me out. Cary, the general manager, was fantastic with helping me with my situation. John, Amy, Rhiannon and Ashley were very helpful and always there to help with my issues that arose. The communication was excellent and they all were aware of my situation and helped out tremendously. Michael, Tony and Brett worked efficiently, knew their stuff and helped me with information and knowledge of what they were doing and what was done. They worked with me on what I needed to be completed. I have to say, they all went above and beyond any other company that I know of with the help, information and work they completed. I had a total house replumb done. I would highly recommend TCR Rooter and Plumbing R”

“TCR had Brent respond to our morning request which was exceptional. Brent was professional, personal and very experienced. The work was completed promptly, clean and we would highly recommend their use. The lines were snaked twice and all within the minimum service charge. Very happy.”

“Had a sewer line clog and TCR was able to get us in the next day as a referral from our normal plumber. Brent came by and was extremely helpful, informative and kept us in the loop every step of the way as we encountered a few new details about our older home (built in 1942). Brent got the line unclogged, was mindful of our pets and kiddos, and was extremely courteous and personable. We will definitely use TCR again for the recommendations they made to upgrade / improve our existing plumbing. Thanks again, Brent! You’re the man!”

“Ken and Brent came to our house and they were fantastic! Our toilets had backed up earlier this week so we had our septic tank cleaned out. After a day our toilets were plugged again so I called TCR Rooter and Plumbing Repair. I spoke with John and he lined up the fellas to come out. Both Ken and Brent were great! Very professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and did good clean up of the bathrooms they were working in. Next time we have a plumbing problem I will be calling TCR!!!”
