True North Plumbing LLC

True North Plumbing LLC runs its operation out of Flagstaff, Texas as a straight up plumber focused on homes in the area. They handle the full range of residential work that comes with local conditions like hard water and older pipe setups that fail over time. The crew takes calls for water softeners and filtration systems to clean up supply issues, along with whole house repipes and targeted pipe replacements when leaks or corrosion show up. Homeowners also bring them in for water heater swaps including tankless units that fit better in tight spaces. Texas heat and occasional freezes put extra strain on lines so these jobs come up often enough to keep the trucks busy year round.

The crew handles installs of water softeners to cut down on scale buildup in fixtures and appliances around the house. They manage whole house repipes by pulling out old galvanized or poly lines and running new copper or PEX where needed to stop repeated leaks. Pipe replacement jobs often start with a camera check to find the bad sections then open up walls or slabs only as far as required. Water heater work covers standard tank models as well as tankless systems that provide endless hot water without taking up floor space. Filtration setups get added to address taste or sediment problems that Flagstaff water can carry. They show up with the right tools to diagnose fast then finish the fix without leaving a mess behind.

Customers keep coming back because the work gets done on time without surprise costs and the fixes hold up under daily use. Speed shows in how quickly they respond to no water calls or heater failures that hit during peak seasons. Quality comes through in clean installs that do not create new problems down the line while price stays fair compared to bigger outfits that pad the bill. Communication stays clear from the first visit so homeowners know what to expect before any digging starts. DIRT Score 4.83 from 90 reviews on Finds.

“William is truly professional and prompt! He came and assessed my issue i was having with my water heater. Gave me a very reasonable price and was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend William and team for reliable plumbing. Thank you William!”

“Amazing customer service with True North Plumbing. William was responsive to a late night text message and managed to work me in the next day for a garbage disposal replacement. Still not sure which of my kids put a screw/nail down the old disposal then tried to grind it up, but I'm glad William was able to get my sink back working so fast and at an honest/good price. It's amazing to find a master level licensed plumber that will explain things so that homeowner can understand exactly what is needed to remedy the issue. So glad my neighbor recommended him in NF8 neighborhood, Energy corridor area.”

“Honesty and plumbing don’t normally go together but True North is - by far - the most honest and straightforward firm I’ve ever worked with for residential plumbing. Not only did William actively undersell and try to save me money, he taught me a lot about how my home worked along the way. He was willing to come out extra times for free to solve some nasty issues, and after three years the problem is finally solved. Recommend wholeheartedly and without reservation.”

“Incredible plumber - truly honest and a hard worker. He helped us identify the root cause of a house wide plumbing issue and then installed a whole home water softener for us. His prices are fair and he was incredibly communicative throughout the whole process. We’ll be hiring him every time we need plumbing help now!”

“William from True North Plumbing Company is a professional, honest and knowledgeable plumber. I found him by reviews on Nextdoor and glad we did. He did excellent work for the agreed price, educated about the plumbing system, water purifiers and water quality. Definitely recommend True North Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.”

“During the freeze of 2021, we had a pipe burst. There were no plumbing companies taking calls they were overwhelmed. My neighbor gave me Williams number and I am glad he did. He was able to resolve our pipe burst and provided an invoice. The invoice provided helped us get a discount from the MUD for our water bill. I have since introduced him to family members. He installed their water softener and filter. The only issue I have is that I didn't know he did water softeners and I went with someone else. My loss. I will continue to utilize his services. This is a professional company that's big on communication, and treating customers fairly. Need a plumbing repair, call the true North company! 👍”

“William did a great job! I was looking at home water treatment systems and William was very helpful In explaining the technology, how it works and installation details. I ordered the treatment system and William did a great job installing in our home for a good service price. We’ve had our system for over two weeks now and it’s working great! William at True North Plumbing did a great job from start to finish and I definitely recommend True North Plumbing!”

“I would highly recommend True North Plumbing for any plumbing need. William has come to my rescue twice now. The first time when we had a pipe break above the ceiling and recently during the freeze (January 2024) when we had a pipe break due to the cold weather. He is very professional and does an excellent job. His prices are so reasonable. He also is great about explaining exactly the issue and how he fixes it. He is prompt and returns his calls quickly. Thank you, William, for your outstanding service.”

“William is an absolute lifesaver! If you're looking for a plumber who’s thorough, reliable, and offers exceptional service at a great price, William is your guy! He goes above and beyond to diagnose issues, taking the time to clearly explain what’s wrong, why it happened, and exactly how he'll fix it. When others failed, William delivered. Our home builder’s warranty team spent hours (on multiple visits) trying to find the source of a major leak—with no luck. William found a huge hole in one of our pipes in just 30 minutes! His expertise, dedication, and honesty make him stand out in the industry. Highly recommend—you won’t be disappointed!”
