“Joe came out to replace our broken pipe, and he was absolutely amazing! His work was solid. He was very knowledgeable, listened to and patiently answered my many questions, and he made sure I understood what I needed to do in the following days afterward. They do charge for same day emergency service, which accepted due to the severity of our circumstance. Joe and Danny were absolutely up-front about all charges and why. I felt they were more than fair, and there were no surprises about what to expect. I highly recommend Bernard's Plumbing. I hope I never have a broken pipe again, but if I need them they'll definitely be the first I call.”

“Hunter was amazing! I had an after hours emergency and he cut his daughter's birthday party a little short just to come take care of my problem... Which was a huge water leak in my home that flooded my closet...and gave me a recommendation on who could take care of the water damage...who also came out that night after hours and started the process of clean up.The very next day, he Immediately replaced my water heater... noticed a leak in my outside faucet which he fixed as a bonus, and gave me tips on how to take care of any water leak issues I might have in the future. Highly recommend!!!”

“"Overpriced and Underserved" I booked an appointment for same day, received a confirmation of for the time. One hour after the appointment time I called to see why they no showed. I received a text back saying that since it was so late in the day there would be a $400 trip charge to come that day. NO explanation for why they no showed, no apology or anything remotely friendly.”

“Disrespectful and rude customer service. Requested service regarding a faucet and could not get a firm answer on when an associate would arrive. Waited all day and was informed only when a repairman was on the way. Person entered property without my permission and left. When attempting to follow up on the diagnosis or what a potential course of action was, individual cut me off saying “if you would listen to what I’m saying”... Not a way to speak to customers and unprofessional to enter property without speaking to property owner.”

“This is a great company. I’ve used them for several things over the past 5 years. Always prompt, professional, and prices have always been reasonable. The most impressive thing I’ve noticed is the fact that they actually clean up the mess that was made, almost better then it was before they got there. Great people to work with.
