“This company completely wasted my time. Before scheduling the appointment, I sent them both a video and photos showing exactly what needed to be replaced. As you can clearly see in the video, it was a backflow prevention unit. This wasn't a complicated issue that required an on-site inspection. An experienced plumber could have easily provided a ballpark estimate just by looking at the photos and video, since the replacement was obvious. Instead, they advertised a **free estimate**, sent a technician to my house, and he spent less than a minute looking at the unit. He didn't inspect or touch anything before giving me a quote of **$2,200**. For comparison, I received quotes from **three or four other plumbers**, all between **$600 and $800** for the exact same replacement. If you're a homeowner, don't let the "free estimate" fool you. In my experience, they simply used it as an opportunity to give me an extremely overpriced quote. I cannot recommend this company. I also noticed they have many positive reviews, but I encourage you to look closely at the reviewers' profiles. If someone has only a handful of reviews in their entire history, keep in mind that some businesses offer ”

“Jonathan came out for the 2nd time in a week for two different problems, he was absolutely outstanding! First issue took less than 30 minutes and cleared a clog and will e coming back to replace the broken toilet in a couple of weeks. Came out on his day off to fix the only working toilet which a previous company had not fixed correctly. He.diagnosed the problem and got it done quickly and efficiently. Jonathan is unbelievably knowledgeable about his job and one of the friendliest people you will meet. I highly recommend BillyGO and Jonathan. Btw two weeks ago the A/C went out and Jordan helped me and was outstanding, and Junior, Joshua and another man had me up and running that night. Replaced inside and outside and were just terrific.
