“Very happy I found this company to repair my A/C. The company that did the installation of the system would not come out for 5 days to even look at it. I called this morning, and less than 2 hours after I called, Cade was here to have a look. Took less then 30 minutes to figure out the problem and give the plan for repairs, very up front with the pricing and what needed to be done. Offered portable units to help ease the heat, though I already have two running, so yes, definitely the company to call when you have A/C problems! Will be my go to for any future needs”

“Cade with Triple A was at the house today performing our twice annual HVAC maintenance. I have had ongoing issues with my new HVAC system, specifically the heater cutting off/on due to it overheating, which was purchased and installed by a different company, unfortunately, that I fired after their shoddy work and dishonesty. Triple A was recommended to me after I got rid of the last company. Cade was able to provide a solution to this issue today, and installed a new/different flue configuration on the same day that he believes will work, but has also advised that he will personally come back out in the Fall to make sure the heater is indeed functioning properly when temperatures are cooler. I cannot begin to explain how frustrated I have been with my new HVAC, how costly it has been on top of the original purchase/install price even, having to deal with a bad prior company, etc. What Cade did today was excellent and has reminded me that there are good companies out there and this is one of them. “I don’t leave reviews but I have to make an exception. Guy from the other on-the-radio-brand comes out and “everything is broken”. Even on the other unit that was working….something needed fixing. I smelled rat. I called Triple A and Jerry came right out and was earlier than they quoted. He was friendly and went right at it. He went through that thing top to bottom and even cleaned huge misses the other company didn’t even touch. He spent over 2 hours on that thing to made sure he didn’t miss something. Long story short- “Small part (valve) that is under warranty. We will get that fixed right away.” I don’t buy the service plans. I just don’t.
