“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend Kretz Plumbing Services LLC! They did an excellent job and exceeded my expectations. From the moment I contacted them, they were professional, responsive, and courteous. What impressed me most was their punctuality—they arrived on time and got right to work. The job was completed quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality. Their workmanship was outstanding, and they took the time to ensure everything was done correctly. It's hard to find a company that combines professionalism, reliability, and quality service, but Kretz Plumbing Services LLC delivered on all three. If you're looking for a trustworthy plumbing company that gets the job done right, look no further! Thank you for the excellent service!”

“Another great experience with Kretz plumbing! We had an issue with a lift station pump at the restaurant and they responded in a timely fashion, were extremely knowledgeable, and got us up and running in no time. It seems no job is too big or too small for these guys!”

“Kretz has been our "go to" plumber since 2019. Today our water heater ruptured and flooded us. Within a few hours of calling them we had a new unit in place. Great service and reasonable prices.”

“Kretz Plumbing is deceptive in the way they quote and charge customers. I was quoted over the phone $75 service fee, but told this fee would be waived if they end up doing the work. Only after the work was completed an itemized receipt was provided, where they charged $85 for a service fee but called it something slightly different. I called Jason to ask about it and he gave me a long story that made no sense. Said they charge this every job to "get the plumber to your door" but that its not a trip/service fee. He had an attitude and said hed call me back but ofcourse never did. They actually do solid work but i found it bad practice bad customer service deceiving customers into almost an extra $100 to "get them to the door" and then giving me shit when i simply asked. They need to be honest. First and last time customer.”

“I have used this company twice and both times after they left an issue with their work has become apparent. This time after scheduling them to return, they decided not to come fix it. Just understand, if you have them out for service you are probably going to have to pay them twice, if they even agree to return.”

“They did a great job replacing cut-off valves under the sink that were leaking and replacing some of the plumbing pipes for the drain that were old and falling apart. They also cleared out the drain in the shower that was stopped up. Did great work and did it all in a couple of hours.”

“I recently used Kretz Plumbing for a leaking faucet that needed a full replacement along with new angle stops. They showed up on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained the work clearly before starting. The technician was professional and made sure everything was cleaned up when the job was done. The final cost was $925.95, which is higher than what I expected, considering it was not a emergency call but the quality of work and the peace of mind knowing it was done right and by a professional is important to me. Overall, I appreciate their communication and workmanship. I would consider using them again, but I would also shop due to it being on the higher end.”

“Love these guys. Always quick to respond, friendly and professional. Very patient with my questions. Fair pricing . Wouldn't use anyone else. Highly recommend.”

“I had a huge problem and despute over property damage etc and backed up pipes for 3 weeks I called Jason Kretz and he walked me threw his whole process and explained very well to me what the situation was. He gave me the professional opinions and exp. I needed. Jason was all around pretty good u ask me. There honest and worth the money he shoots straight and tells it like it is. THANK YOU Jason I appreciate you”

“Connor and his work partner were prompt and informative. Stellar work for what needed to be done. A simple drain pipe cleaning turned into digging up the pipe and replacing secondary to holes in the pipe. They did an awesome job and were thorough. Highly recommend”

“Installing two new toilets and ran into some issues towards the evening and reached out to Kretz Plumbing. I cannot express how big of a blessing Mike was to me and my family in order for us to have two working toilets. Mike came out and resolved the issue and I am very THANKFUL for him to show up on a Friday evening after the work day was done. I highly highly recommend Kretz Plumbing for any of your plumbing issues that may come up in your household.”

“Had to have a dishwasher installed in a manufactured home. Was bought from Home Depot, but after seeing it was a manufactured home, they would not install it. Called this company. Quick service. Home depot waited 2 weeks to tell me they wouldn't install it after delivered, and waited on their plumber that never called me. Kretz plumbing was able to give me my quote and immediately do the repairs within an hour. They swept my floor and cleaned up everything and hauled off the old. Very pleased with the service and will be using them in the future if needed. Thank you for great service and getting to me so quickly.”

“I have used Kretz Plumbing for years and Mike and his team always do great work. They are a real professional company that shows up on time and comes prepared to do great work. Recently the team came out and installed a tankless water heater. The crew was very knowledgeable and explained to me the benefits of both the tank and tankless making it an easy decision. The crew showed up on time with the right tools to complete the work. I love my new tankless water heater.”
