“Service was excellent, Josepf did a good job communicating the process as he worked. Unfortunately my system had several bad parts which resulted in a very high bill. He did offer the maintenance plan and I accepted that to get 10% discount. Didn't like the price, but took it in stride as just the cost to keep cool and warm. Thanks”
