DRAIN MASTERS INC

Drain Masters Inc works as a straight-up plumbing crew based in Fort Smith, TX. They cover the full range of plumbing needs for local homeowners and extend service into the River Valley along with parts of western Arkansas and eastern Oklahoma. Operating since 1986, the company stays ready around the clock with a dedicated hotline that takes calls for both sudden breakdowns and planned work. Their focus stays on practical fixes that keep water flowing and drains clear without unnecessary delays or extra costs that pile up on customers.

Plumbers in Fort Smith deal with plenty of routine headaches from the local weather and older housing stock, including pipe bursts during cold snaps, slow drains from tree roots, and septic systems that need regular pumping to avoid backups. Drain Masters handles drain cleaning, septic tank service, pipe replacement, and general repairs on a 24/7 basis so homeowners do not sit without water or face flooding overnight. Crews show up with the right tools to locate leaks, clear clogs, and install new lines where old ones have failed, often finishing jobs the same day when the problem allows. This approach suits the area where sudden issues can interrupt daily life fast and where many properties still rely on septic setups that require ongoing attention to stay functional.

Customers give high marks for quick response on emergencies, solid workmanship that lasts, fair pricing without surprise add-ons, and clear updates throughout each job. Those strengths add up to reliable results that keep the score strong over time. DIRT Score 4.48 from 167 reviews on Finds.

“Drain Masters took advantage of my elderly mother-in-law, and I want everyone to know exactly what kind of operation they're running. She clearly told them beforehand the exact size and type of part needed for her tub drain.
