Westark Plumbing

Westark Plumbing runs its operation from Fort Smith, Arkansas as a straight-up plumbing outfit that covers both homes and businesses. Based at 3117 Waco St, the company has logged over 30 years handling everyday pipe work and drain issues that come up in the region. Local weather brings cold snaps that freeze lines along with heavy rains that overload old systems, so plumbers here see plenty of calls for basic repairs in houses built decades ago. They focus on residential plumbing and commercial jobs without extra layers, giving homeowners in Fort Smith a reliable option when water problems hit.

Their work centers on clearing drains, fixing leaks, and sorting out bathroom and kitchen fixtures that break down from regular use. In this part of Arkansas crews often deal with clogged lines from tree roots or grease buildup, plus they handle pipe replacements in older neighborhoods where corrosion sets in. Homeowners face backups during storms or low water pressure from worn valves, and these plumbers show up to run cameras through lines or replace sections without dragging the job out. Commercial sites need the same drain cleaning and general repairs to keep things flowing, especially when restaurants or shops hit peak hours and systems get stressed.

Customers in Fort Smith give steady marks for quick responses on urgent calls and solid fixes that hold up without callbacks. The crew earns credit for clear explanations on what went wrong and what it will cost upfront, along with fair pricing that avoids surprise charges on drain or leak jobs. Quality shows in how they tackle both simple toilet repairs and bigger commercial plumbing runs while keeping communication direct. DIRT Score 3.78 from 95 reviews on Finds.

“Westark Plumbing sent out a perfect Plumber, Michael Haney, on Father's Day 2025--a Sunday and a Holiday. Our plumbing was totally stopped up. Michael was nice and professional and fixed it in about 20 minutes at a bargain basement price. I couldn't believe the reasonableness of the price--which was less than another competitor my office used at a time which was not a holiday (like Father's Day) and was not on a weekend (as Father's Day is). He cleaned out our pipes and was just a nice person to deal with. Thank you to both Westark Plumbing and Michael Haney. If I could give you more than five stars, I would. Again, thanks so much.”

“I have used Westark Plumbing on 3 occasions. It starts with the receptionist, PROFESSIONAL and likes her job. The men are super nice and competent in their repairs. Very reasonable on the price. Scott Thompson”

“The plumber that came to my house was professional and kind. When I called needed a busted pipe fixed, he came out very quickly to get it fixed. Not only did he fix the pipe but he also helped me to understand how it happened and ways I could prevent it from happening in the future. To me that’s going above and beyond just fixing a problem and leaving. Highly recommend!”

“I texted Brad in the late afternoon saying we might need a septic pumped …. Within 2 hours the situation had escalated and it was not a “maybe” but a “OMG it’s happening now” sort of deal. Alyssa drove out the big truck all the way to Magazine at 11pm and pumped our septic and cleared a clog that backed up the whole house. She explained every step of the process to me and told me how we can avoid this in the future. She’s a SAINT. Brad called me before and after the ordeal to check on us. 10/10 service. 100% worth the price. So glad I found them from our friend. Will use them again when we replace our septic.”

“This was a great experience! I appreciated the friendly way that Devin handled our first conversation and then worked quickly to get two experienced plumbers here. They went the extra mile to fix the faucet problem we had and were very professional. Thank you for “saving the day”!!!”

“Wayne and Bud showed up on time, took a look at our problem, gave me a quick rundown of what they had to do to fix my self imposed problem. They got to work and got it done in a timely manner. Very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. Could not have asked for much more. And Robin was really nice on the phone and took care of us.”

“After calling three other companies, Westark plumbing was able to come out same day for a sewer drainage issue that was affecting our garage. Michael was awesome and was very professional. They were quick, and I thought the charge was very very reasonable.”
