“I had a plumbing emergency and was desperate for help after calling not one, two but three other plumbing companies that either never showed up or couldn't confidently assess the job. On top of that, their team was incredibly professional throughout the entire process; courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. And the pricing? “I had an outstanding experience with Drain Kings Plumbing today, and I felt compelled to share. I had a few issues going on at home—a restroom leak, a concern with my water heater, and some water showing up in my kitchen. When the technician arrived, he carefully inspected everything and quickly identified that the problems were minor and manageable. What truly impressed me was not just his expertise, but his honesty and integrity. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my water heater and even showed me what I could do myself to temporarily resolve the issue. After following his guidance, the leak from the outdoor pipe stopped. Here’s the part that completely surprised me: he chose not to charge me anything. In a time where most service visits come with a fee regardless, this level of honesty and professionalism is rare. He could have easily charged for the visit, but instead, he prioritized doing what was right. He also guided me on the proper long-term fix, explaining that the water heater head would need replacement and even provided a link to get the correct part. That kind of transparency builds real trust. I was genuinely willing to pay him for his ”

“Nice guy. So this is the 2nd time I've called this company and he is always on time, polite and courteous. He drove 30 minutes to look at my toilet today and it was something I could have fixed. I know I wasted his time but he was so nice about it. He's providing quotes on other issues I need fixed soon and I'm glad he was recommended.”

“A pipe under my house unexpectedly burst, causing a significant plumbing emergency. That same night, I contacted Drain Kings for immediate assistance. They promptly instructed me to turn off the main water supply to prevent further damage. Drain Kings arrived swiftly, diagnosed the problem efficiently, and repaired the pipe on the spot. Since their work, the water has been restored to my home. Their team performed an excellent, fast, and highly professional repair at a very reasonable cost. I am extremely satisfied with their service and would give them 10 stars if possible, though I am limited to five.”

“Our water heater went out after 20 years. We got the new one installed by Drain Kings. Desmond, Koefer, and David at Drain Kings Plumbing are the real deal — and I don’t say that lightly. They came out to our condo to replace our water heater and handled everything from start to finish. They showed up with all the parts and pieces already sourced and ready to go — no running back and forth, no excuses, no surprises. Just professional, efficient work done right. But what set this experience apart wasn’t just the quality of the work — it was the character of the men doing it. Before they wrapped up, they stopped and prayed with us. In a world where service has become transactional, that kind of humanity is rare and it matters. Drain Kings isn’t just a plumbing company. They’re a team of professionals who take pride in their craft and genuinely care about the people they serve. Desmond has built something special here, and it shows in every member of his crew. If you need a plumber in DFW — call Drain Kings. You won’t regret it.”

“If you are looking for the best plumber in Fort Worth, look no further than Desmond and the team at Drain Kings. We were facing a scary natural gas leak that wouldn't pass city inspection right before a major cold front. After a disappointing experience with another plumber, Drain Kings came in and completely outshined the competition. They replaced our entire natural gas lines and got everything up to code so Atmos could restore our heat just in time. Huge thanks to Desmond, John, and Marcus for their professionalism and hard work. They are personable, respectful, and walk you through every step. For a fair price and top-tier quality, call Drain Kings. You won’t regret it!”

“Crew arrived on time. Installed my new toilets, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. Had them look a few others things while they were there, didn't they to upset or mansplan the issue. Recommended waiting. Thank you Desmond and his amazing crew at Drain Kings!! See you on the next project”

“Our home was in a panic when we woke up this morning. Our toilet, yuck, backed up into our shower, YUCK! Mr. Desmond is professional, courteous, informative, but most of all a business man of integrity and honesty. Within less than 30 minutes, he assessed the problem, identified the problem, informed me of the problem, and then fixed the problem. I do not give reviews but he was such a blessing to our home and our family, I had to give him his stellar Kudos! Please use him, you will not be disappointed. The Allison and Davis Family's”

“I called Drain Kings for a leak under the kitchen sink and Desmond had availability within a couple of hours. Johnathan arrived early and assessed the problem and offered his expertise. Not only did Johnathan walk me through the process of the repair, he answered my questions and offered his professional opinion about leak detection devices. After he finished, he doubled checked his work even showing how to use a device he recommended. I know I made the right call to Drain Kings and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for my future needs.”
