“Very professional and knowledgeable. Came out as a second opinion on a repair I was told I needed by another company. After some diagnostics he determined the part was not bad and just needed some adjustments. Saved me several hundred dollars”

“Another VERY SATISFIED customer! Same day service! Doug Graham was prompt, polite, and very professional. Three year old propane water heater, pressure relief valve opened and stayed open. Water pressure from the street was way too high, pressure regulator at the water meter box had failed. He had to go to Azle to get the part, returned and installed it, adjusted it, and VOILA! Problem solved! The the water heater pressure relief valve was apparently okay, but I had him replace it just because. I like to support local businesses whenever possible, and I am very glad that I did this particular time. Thank-you Doug Graham! Highly recommend!”
