What Customers Say
“I had a great experience working with Jacky. He was prompt, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated. The repair was done efficiently, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. What stood out most was his attention to detail and honesty. He didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary and gave practical advice to help prevent future problems. On top of that, he left the workspace clean, which is always a plus. If you’re looking for a reliable plumber who does quality work at a fair price, I’d definitely recommend Jacky.”
“Granted, we were in urgent need of a plumber, but this company charged us an exorbitant amount of money for less than an hour’s worth of work. We needed a repair on a pipe that was already exposed due to previous water damage we were dealing with. The technician told me last night on the phone that it was a simple fix. My husband was told the price and since the young man was already here, he agreed to it. I could not help but feel we were price gouged. In fact, I’m certain of that. Clients can only hope that the charges incurred are fair and reasonable based on our limited knowledge of this industry. After checking with five other companies, sending them pictures and giving them exact details from what this plumber said was done, the final cost was well over twice of any other company we contacted. I have been a business owner for over 20 years in this area. I have never written a poor review because I believe one person‘s experience is not the total summation of a company’s value. However, when I called the office to discuss the pricing, the person to whom I spoke was defensive and somewhat indignant. His only argument was we got it done fast and my husband agreed to it. “I am absolutely thrilled to share my experience with MR Rooter (Fort Worth) and the outstanding service provided by the technician (Tun) this past Sunday. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that Tun was not just skilled but also deeply committed to delivering exceptional customer service. He took the time to thoroughly assess the issue, explaining each step of the process in a way that made me feel completely informed and confident in the work being done. What truly set him apart, however, was his attention to detail and the care he took to ensure everything was not just fixed, but working better than it ever had before. He went above and beyond, even offering helpful advice on maintenance to prevent future issues. Not only was Tun incredibly professional, but he was also personable, making the entire experience much more enjoyable than I could have anticipated. He treated my home with the utmost respect, and his expertise was evident in every aspect of the job. I cannot recommend MR Rooter and technician Tun highly enough. This is the level of service that restores faith in home service professionals. Thank you for such an outstanding experience!”
“Paid $350 to get pipes under kitchen sink put together. They used my own parts that I had attempted to do it myself first without my knowledge. (I was at work and my wife was the only one home) I didnt know this until after I paid since I didnt get to see the work until I got home, I assumed for that price they would've at least used their own parts. Less than 60 days later the sink falls apart underneath again. I called asking them to come fix it again since it was within 60 days but apparently since my own parts were used they wouldnt consider it a workmanship related repair and said they would charge me another $350 to fix it. I called corporate to complain and that was joke cause the lady couldn't give me a confirmation number, email or confirm whether I would get a call back from them so basically my complaint was just thrown in the trash which is surprising for how big of a company they are. All I know is the whole situation felt like they dont really care how you feel and if you aren't satisfied they dont really care to make it right. I called another plumber to fix their poor work and they fixed it for $100 which is WAY more reasonable than these guys. Will not be using th”

“Ian did a great job, communicated well, and was very professional. We appreciated his service and would highly recommend him.”
“I had Mr.Rooter out to install my Water Heater and they quoted me 1700 even with my own water heater purchase that I got from Home Depot. They then told me they needed a card to secure my spot and pay for the service fee but I wouldn't be charged until it was finished if I decided to go with them. They then charged me 500 dollars for a diagnostic fee and left mid "install". When I called the company they said didn't you read the contract? I said it was "a quote he wasn't supposed to start doing work, what was I charged for and why did he leave me with no water?" They actually left me in worse shape than before called them. He cut the water heater out left all the piping on the floor and disconnected the water. I know what you're thinking why not just turn the water back on? He took the control valve off so if I turn it on it will just GUSH water where the water heater is. They did this methodically too, she called me immediately after he gave me the quote, I answer and talk to her and while I'm talking to her he starts. I knew I heard the grinding and clicking of tools so I tell him to quit, he says but I've already made cuts I need to paid for that. Price breakdown she gave me ove”
“Yun did a good job. I thought they were high on cost. But it might just be, because I haven’t needed a plumber in a while. And prices always goes up.”
“Jacky was phenomenal! He was knowledgeable and friendly. Jacky was able to unclog our bathtub drain within an hour. So happy he was able to come the same evening I requested the service! Jacky is the best and we are so thankful of him.”

“Clint came to my house and examed my problems like a plumbing physician. He gave me options of treatment and then educated me to prevent my issue from continuing. Clint has an old school style, (friendly and professional), that gets the job done. He is trust worthy and the only Plumbing Doctor I want to cure my plumbing needs. If your looking for a trustworthy and capable person, I highly recommend Clint!”
“I had an emergency at midnight with my bathroom drains completely clogged. Ian called me right away and was ready to come even at that hour, but I preferred to wait until the morning. He arrived first thing in the morning, which I really appreciated. Ian was very professional — he wore shoe covers, explained everything clearly, and was extremely helpful. Thank you, Ian, for the great service!”
“Had a plumbing emergency at night and Ian O. was quickly dispatched. He took care of the leak quickly, walked us through the work, and gave us tips for the future. Glad Ian could help, would recommend him!”
“Ruben and his crew installed 2 Water Heaters and did a great job! Nice people! Great clean up and removal. Highly recommend!”
“I asked and tried to clarify that snaking a drain was free, the operator said it was as well as the diagnostic. I had a hard time believing that, but she insisted it was. Of course turns out it wasn't. If she had told me the price I would have called someone else. I was desperate and after the technician arrived I had no choice but to continue. $550 to snake a toilet drain. $900 something if the technician removes the toilet. Took me 1 1/2 minutes to pull up the toilet. RIDICULOUS.”
“Clint was on time, diligent, efficient, and professional! He replaced the water valves in the laundry room of my mobile home, now I can enjoy my new washing machine. I highly recommend Clint and Mr Rooter!”
