About

Pro Serve Plumbing Llc works as a plumber serving Aledo, TX and nearby spots around Fort Worth. This family-owned company has operated in the area for 23 years with license M-39719. They handle residential construction projects along with multi-family developments such as duplexes, townhouses, and apartments. Their crew stays trained on current methods and focuses on complete fixes rather than quick patches. Homeowners in this part of Texas deal with hard water issues and new build demands, so the company keeps a steady supply of parts and tools ready for both planned work and sudden calls. They provide upfront pricing and bonded services that give clients clear expectations from the first visit.

The crew handles installs like Flow Tech scale systems and whole-home filtration setups, with techs such as Micha and helper Dylan making sure every connection runs right before they leave. Chad has driven out for tankless water heater repairs, picked up the needed part on the spot, and restored heat the same day. Jarad handled a small warranty item at one house but also checked shower pressure, found the cause, and adjusted it right then to improve flow. The company covers new construction plumbing in multiple Texas cities plus ongoing service for apartments and homes, always aiming to finish jobs without return trips.

Customers often note the quality of the work and how techs explain issues before fixing them, along with solid speed on parts and repairs that get systems running again fast. Some reviews point out professional handling of equipment installs and clear communication during the job. A few mentions of driving habits show room for better care on the road. Overall the record reflects steady results on both simple fixes and bigger installs at fair cost. DIRT Score 3.91 from 57 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

We had the pleasure of using Pro Serve Plumbing for an install of a Flow Tech scale system and a filtration system for our home. Micha and his helper Dylan were awesome! They did a fantastic job installing our equipment making sure everything was working properly and we were satisfied with the job! They answered all the questions and concerns we had and were truly helpful. They checked the system twice to make sure everything was working properly. They cleaned up so good, I asked if they could clean all my garage! Also the Tech Tim came out about a week ago to do a warranty job and Tim was awesome also. Tim actually recommended that we get the above systems after we discussed the water issues here. Everyone we have had contact with in person and on the phone were very concerned about are issues with the water and made sure the correct equipment was used for the job. I highly recommend Pro Serve Plumbing , Ft Worth for any of your plumbing needs!

Weaving through traffic off granbury, cutting off cars, and rage roading like he doesn’t see other people! I would never let people like this work in my house

Chad came in and took good care of us in our home. He was able to diagnose and then drove all the way out to go get the part and came back and installed it and got our tankless heater back up and heating. Really appreciate you pro keep up the good work - Thanks Chad!!

Very professional and polite. Service tech Jarad came out on a small warranty item but he also helped me to better enjoy my new home. I inquired about my shower's mediocre pressure. He explained what might be the cause, checked it out, and fixed it on the spot. Great water pressure is life changing!! Thank you Jarad!!

Chad and Tim did a great job fixing our tankless water heater. They were fast and professional and did a wonderful job, even working in cold weather conditions!
