“Went through with our home warranty. Took awhile to get a hold of them and to set up an appointment. The service tech was good though, took care of the issue and recommended some things to keep the issue from happening again.”

“I wish I could give them less than a star. RUN AWAY. This company is terrible. They have not replaced my AC Condenser in 4 months of waiting. They have never called me one time beyond that first call to tell me they were coming out. And when I tried to call them they never answered the phone. After 12 calls I finally got them to answer once and he screamed "Quantum" by way of answering the call. Lovely. I finally have a different company out today to try and fix this and they tell me they fix ALOT of Quantums screw ups. Do not use this company they do NOT care at all about their customers.”
