“After discovering several leaking pipes under the slab in my house, I decided to have a total rerouting of the pipes through the attic. This was a major project requiring holes be cut in almost every room in my house to access the manifolds. Tony and his crew did an outstanding job. “When my water heater went boots up, I called AHS to get it repaired. They referred me to Sewer medic. The technician, John, came out and diagnosed the problem and informed me that I needed a new water heater. He explained the issue and told me about the new codes that took effect in 2021. AHS approved everything but the new code modification which I found out was not covered in my particular policy. After considering the cost and everything, I decided to pay the difference and let Sewer medic complete the job. John was very courteous, professional and friendly. He is also very knowledgeable in plumbing and did an excellent job with the installation. He cleaned up after his self and performed a QA/QC check to ensure everything worked properly. “I was having an issue with faucets throughout my home, and I originally called American Home Shield to have them to start an order for me, they actually sent out Sewer Medic. Although I’m not very happy with American Home Shield. I am happy to say that we actually end up with a great company that I would totally recommend without ever using American Home Shield again. Sewer Medic was awesome from the phone calls to the technician, which name was John did an amazing job. It took several days for us to get our parts in, but anytime that we call their home office they answered immediately with a friendly voice on the other end, and service was rendered as soon as possible within a 2 to 3 day window, which I really appreciate. “Wow... I am truly astonished. I thank God to have encountered people who are diligent to get the job done well and quickly. This company was assigned to us after we made a request through our home warranty program. We had been living in our new house (new to us) for about two weeks maybe when the suddenly plumbing backed up. We had a different company come to address the issue. The man came, cleared the stoppage, and looked into the pipes. He indicated that the old cast iron pipes needed to be replaced. Okay; we knew about it when we bought it, as-is. “This company was hire by my home insurance AHS, to replaced my kitchen faucet. they order the part and came in to replace the faucet. After replacing the faucet the water line to the fridge stop working. we requested for the tech to come back out and point out all the cables that he cut and that he cut the water system filter to what he reply that he did nothing wrong and that he was going on vacation. I sent numerous e-mails for this group to make things right. I got no response at this moment in time. All I could do is warn other about the lack of value that this group put to customer service. Because of this I had to paid a company out of packet I will filing a complain with the AHS company and the better business burue”
