About
Texas Plumbing Repair 24/7 Llc works as plumbers from their base in Azle, Texas. They cover the Fort Worth area with service calls in spots like North Richland Hills, Bedford and Watauga. Their focus stays on keeping water flowing and drains clear for local homes. The company used to go by a similar name and they stay ready for calls at any hour on issues from frozen pipes to slab leaks. Homeowners in this part of Texas deal with hard water and shifting ground that cracks lines, so these crews handle the steady demand for fixes that keep houses running without long shutdowns.
They send technicians out for drain clogs after homeowners pull toilets themselves, water heater replacements during holiday weekends with choices between repair parts or new forty gallon units, vacuum breaker swaps on backflow setups, and full piping runs in older properties. Jobs include sewer line work with camera checks, garbage disposal swaps, faucet and shower repairs, gas line fixes, and water pressure adjustments. Techs like Blake handle quick clog calls while others like Tristan lay out same day replacement options, and crews manage slab leak detection plus repiping without tearing up foundations when possible.
Customers note fast arrival times even on weekends, clear explanations of repair versus replace choices, and solid results on water heater installs that hold up past warranty periods. Reviews highlight straightforward pricing on smaller jobs and reliable communication when parts need ordering for older systems. Quality shows in fewer callbacks after drain and fixture work, with price complaints rare on routine maintenance. DIRT Score 4.56 from 247 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say
“Young guy Blake came out, left van running, had someone in passenger seat with feet on dash in socks, was here all of 5 mins to drain a clog. My husband had already pulled the toilet for him, charged us $225, we would assume its unclogged so next night ran the washer, only to have our whole bathroom flooded with an inch of sewage water. Got all over laundry that was in bathroom closet, had to throw away a few pair of shoes, got on wedding dress, (still figuring out how to clean that) and was at laundry mat until 2 am saving our clothes, even went under wall into garage and out the driveway. Still cleaning up the mess in garage after cleaning bathroom. Even my back has gone out bc of this. Was told he could come back out but would charge us the same amt again. Had another company out that charged less and got the clog completely out and seated toilet for us. This guy didn’t remove toilet or seat it back. I’ve called for refund since we paid for a service that wasn’t done. No response..”
“My water heater went out on the Sunday before Christmas. We called TPR to fix the water heater. Tristan gave us the options to fix an old water heater which would take a few days to get the part or replace it the next day. A 40-gallon water heater had a 6-yr warranty & a 12-yr life span. I asked about tankless and was advised that it had a 20-yr warranty which I thought would justify the extra expense so we went with the tankless heater. They came out the next day to install it. 1. I was advised that if I paid cash instead of using a credit card for the almost $6,000 bill that I would not have to pay the tax which sounded shady but hey it was almost $500. At 5pm, I was told that a check wasn't the same as cash so I had to put it on my credit card anyway since the banks were already closed. Who keeps almost $6k in actual cash around for unexpected repairs? I thought cash and check were the same since they both avoid the credit card fees. THAT was an expensive lesson. 2. The paperwork that came with the water heater showed a 15-yr warranty. Still waiting on the 20- yr warranty docs that the office said they would provide. 3. In order to replumb the lines - instead of using the same holes that were there, the guy cut a large piece of sheetrock out - we asked if they were going to fix it and was advised yes (that is the issue I have here. If they had said no, that would have set the appropriate expectations.) At the end of the job, I was advised that it wasn't going to be fixed since they didn't include that in the estimate and he wasn't a "sheetrock" guy. I was very upset at this and spoke with their office and was advised that after Christmas, they would send a guy to fix it. The guy came out and looked at it. Didn't like the way the original plumber had done the job but was advised by his manager NOT to replumb it. So, he jammed a few 2x4's in the hole and then decided he couldn't fix it. He said he would have someone else come out. Still waiting. 4. There is a rebate I can apply for but i need a better receipt that itemizes the model # and what was done. We have requested it but I haven't received that either. I found the rebate options on the Navien website- why didn’t the plumbing company tell me about it? So far, I have lost out on almost $800 in savings that I could have received on this. I do like the water heater but I wish I had gone with a different company but it was an emergency and I didn't have the option to get a few quotes if I wanted hot water before Christmas.”
“they did bad job. i call because i believe leaking. i can’t believe that i paid $595 to replace integral vacuum breaker. and them it turn like this. you can see the picture before- after they replace.they send young person without experience. he estimated to fix next step with $8504. and he said need be done around 2-3 day!!!! i can’t except it. it is way to much. then i call the sprinkler system to check. around 1h it’s not leak anymore more. then avoid this company. your bill is your address. you you can’t tell me that im not your service”
“**It’s very convenient for the owner to tell everyone that leaves a negative review that they aren’t in the system. I clearly said in my original statement that it was in my bf’s name but it’s my $$. There’s no “false review” here just a bad owner.** Had them install all brand new piping in my elderly mom's house and I still had issues. My bf was the one dealing with them but I'm the one that paid for everything. I was told it would be done in one day but they took 4 days because they kept leaving early to go to other jobs, whatever I let that slide. Once all the work was done though I noticed the outlet for the washer wasn't working(he had made a hole to run the piping) so we called the plumber over and over until he answered and said they might not cover it but he would give us a call back. He never did. I called the main office and she told me she would call me back asap after talking to the plumber but again they never called me back. I ended up hiring a handyman to fix the problems I had with TPR because my pipes were still leaking on top of the plug I tried contacting them for. The handyman couldn't believe a "professional" company did the work because it was so sloppy. Im glad I hired the handyman because I wouldn't want these guys to ever come back. I wish I would have given my money to a more deserving company.”
“We had a fantastic experience! From start to finish, their team was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything clearly, which I really appreciated. The work was completed efficiently and at a fair price—no surprises or hidden fees. Everyone I interacted with, from the office staff to the technician, Blake who came out, was friendly and respectful of my home. It’s hard to find reliable service these days, but definitely earned my trust. I’ll absolutely be calling them for any future plumbing needs and will be recommending them to friends and family. Highly recommend!”
