Shadrach Plumbing Cooling and Heating

Shadrach Plumbing Cooling and Heating works out of Fountain Hills where the main trade is plumbing for houses and small properties. They cover standard pipe fixes along with water heater work and basic treatment systems while keeping cooling and heating options on hand for the same customers. The shop sits at 11803 N. Saguaro Blvd and takes calls from early morning until late at night with emergency help ready when lines break or drains back up. Local weather brings dry heat and big temperature swings that crack seals and wear out older fittings faster than in milder spots so steady plumbing help stays in demand year round.

Crew members handle service calls for leaking faucets clogged drains and full water heater swaps along with checks on treatment units that deal with the hard water common in the region. They show up with the right tools to cut into walls or dig outside when needed and finish jobs without leaving a mess behind. Homeowners call them for both planned replacements and sudden problems that hit during the hottest months when pipes expand and joints loosen. The team moves through neighborhoods quickly because they know the layout and the typical trouble spots that show up in Fountain Hills homes built decades ago.

Customers keep coming back because the work stays solid the first time around with fair charges that do not jump after the truck arrives and clear talk about what needs fixing before anything starts. Speed matters when water is on the floor and the crew usually gets there the same day while quality shows in how long the repairs last through summer heat. Price stays straightforward without surprise add ons and communication keeps folks updated so they know when someone will arrive and what the job will cost. “We recently requested Shadrach to provide us with plumbing services for our bathrooms and were very satisfied with the performance of the services and the Shadrach employee, Daniel, who performed them. He was willing to patiently "walk us through" our plumbing issues and provide us with a range of solutions, which is something that was unexpected for us based upon our experiences with other plumbing services companies. We also appreciated that he was very responsive to any questions that we asked him and also provided us with expert insights and recommendations.”

“One of my two (10 yr plus old) Trane air-conditioning unit’s capacitor failed In the oven heat of June’s mid afternoon. My husband had used Shadrach Plumbing and Cooling for a plumbing issue in the past and liked their service attention to detail. He suggested I call them. Chrissy answered the phone and was so helpful. She found a way to send a service tech out that same day. The service tech (Gage) arrived when he said he would, was pleasant, professional, and knew his stuff. He was willing to let me observe his work and answered every question I asked, in helpful detail. Gage obviously enjoys what he does. Compliments to Shadrach CO on their hiring practices. I highly recommend Shadrach Plumbing And Cooling for your air-conditioning and plumbing needs. Sincerely, K Marshburn A Very ”

“We had a water leak at our home in fountain Hills. We discovered that by our water bill jumping from $87.00 one month, Then the next month was $133.00 I didn’t think there was a problem. I just thought the water was needed for the irrigation and with it getting hotter in Fountain Hills it was possible to increase a little. But then the bill went to over $300.00 and that’s when I knew there was a water leak. We are snowbirds from Canada and do have someone that checks our house very regularly almost daily. It was in such an area you would never have notice it, until we ask Rick to start looking for signs of a water leaking. Rick narrow down the area where he thought was leaking and shut the main water off to the house and called Shadrach Plumbing & Cooling. It was a rough start at first wit”

“2nd time we’ve had service to our home which was outstanding. Technician explained our options, educated us on measures we could take yearly to improve the efficiency of our system and he took great pride in the work he delivered. Price was very reasonable. This is a great local business that is invested in their community, we surely will support them at all our properties.”

“Shadrach came to our rescue a while back when we had a problem with the a/c. Another company quoted $1260 to maybe fix it, but no guarantees. Shadrach fixed it for less than a third of that price. So when we had a plumbing issue with the ancient toilet, we called them and they gave us a fair price for a much needed new upgraded model.”

“Gage and Gavin came to do our biannual HVAC maintenance. They were thorough, professional and really pleasant to work with. They both did an excellent job and we would welcome them again for any future service appointment. We have been really pleased with all of our interactions with Shadrach and highly recommend them.”

“Called and showed up the same day! Very exceptional experience. Took care of our issues with professionalism and communicated all throughout the process. Would definitely recommend Shadrach Plumbing & Cooling.”

“Gage from Shadrach was great! We’re new to the area and needed some work done in our heat pump. A neighbor recommended Shadrach and we’re glad she did. No unnecessary high pressure sales or inflating the issue that needed attention. Gage was very professional and knowledgeable. We won’t hesitate to call them again for maintenance or repairs when necessary.”

“I have been using Shadrach for several years now and they have been exceptional. As a member of their Shadrach Optimum Savings (SOS) Club, they provide tremendous response and highly qualified technicians. With my recent hot water heater failure, they offered several options and Anthony provided excellent communication and updates throughout the replacement and installation process.”

“Working with Shadrach has been so very easy and straightforward. Anthony and Tony came out today for a project and they were fantastic. Very pleased with the whole team.”
