“Junior came out as fast as he could to help me with my tankless hot water heater and he is getting the parts and he's going to fix it very fast for me. It is a family business and they treat you like you are part of the family. I would highly recommend them to help you if you have problems.”

“I want to give a better review but we do not recommend for large jobs. We had used Jr for some small jobs (faucet replace, minor leaks, etc) and he was responsive, but our whole house repipe was not a good experience (and not because we had to repipe). He seems to have NO IDEA how to schedule this type of work. It took over a month for a job that was quoted at 10 days-2 weeks in total. The initial pipe plumbing (3-4 days) was on schedule but after that he was horrible at communicating and getting his crew out. We only had a bathtub for 5 people for a week while waiting for faucets and tile to be done! The tile was so mismatched I went and bought my own and made them redo it. Buy your own faucets… he bought the cheapest out there and tried to charge us 4-5x the cost. It took more days than I can remember for the finishing work (wall patch, dry wall, etc). In hindsight we should have gotten more than one quote and had a timeline in writing. I wanted to support a small local business but will not use again.”

“Amazing people at this place. Jr came by and gave me a quick temporary fix so I had water to my house after a pipe burst even while they were super busy. We worked something out to get a permanent fix even though I was short on funds. Highly recommended!”
