Gillis/ Staedtler Llc Dba Gillis Plumbing Solutions

Gillis Plumbing Solutions works as the go-to licensed plumbers in Fredericksburg, Texas. Based right there in town, they take on jobs for both residential properties and local businesses throughout the Hill Country. Their trade centers on fixing pipe problems, running tests like backflow checks, and handling the kind of issues that pop up with Texas weather and soil. Homeowners call them when water lines act up or when they need someone who understands the local setup without extra talk. The team brings years of hands-on experience dealing with the specific demands of Fredericksburg plumbing systems.

They send out techs like Matt, Garrett, Jon, and Matthew who hunt down tricky problems such as mystery drain lines and tie them in properly. Customers mention getting water softener loops installed alongside regular fixes, with the crew explaining options clearly on the spot. At businesses the same names show up and handle multiple locations without cutting corners. One job involved quick repairs plus advice on preventing the next breakdown, all done with equipment that gets the task finished efficiently. They cover service calls where thorough checks reveal more than just the obvious leak and leave the site ready for daily use again.

Customers consistently note the high quality of the repairs and the clear way the plumbers lay out what needs doing next. Speed shows in fast responses to urgent calls while prices stay fair for the level of detail provided. Communication stands out as the techs take time to walk through issues without rushing homeowners. That combination keeps people calling back for repeat work across different properties. “Absolutely call Gillis if you have a plumbing issue! Matt is thorough, knowledgable, friendly and does fantastic work! Not only did he quickly fix my immediate issue, he cared enough to point out a future issue and give me pointers on how I could take care of it myself if I wanted to take a crack at it! 100% will be calling him and his team again in the future, I will not be calling anyone else!”

“Absolutely the best plumbing service in the Hill Country. I've used them at three different business now and every time they go above and beyond on their service. Matthew & Garrett are extremely knowledgable and very thorough in explaining what the issue is and what the best correction would be. Michael Ros Winery won't use any other plumbing company. Cheers!”
