“We initially reached out to this company through their website for a large, multi-part project that included a pump house, water storage, extensive plumbing work, a water softener, and a full water treatment system. We never received a response. After following up ourselves, we were told our request had been sitting in the wrong folder the entire time. Not a great start. They eventually sent someone out, and we were told to expect a quote within 2–3 weeks. That was two months ago. We have yet to receive anything for the actual project we requested. Instead, they quickly sent a quote for a small, unrelated job we were not interested in. And to make matters worse, we just received a message stating that “our work has been completed”—on a project they never quoted, never scheduled, and never performed. The level of disorganization, lack of communication, and complete failure to follow through is unacceptable—especially for what would have been a significant, high-value job. If you’re looking for a company that is responsive, organized, and capable of handling a large project, this is not it.”
