“Edited to add: I changed it from 2 stars to 4 stars because the management team reached out and made it right and because of that we would reconsider using them in the future. I wanted to share our experience. The night of July 3rd our AC stopped working so the morning of the 4th we called Air repair pros to come out. We were so glad they were able to come quickly and not even holiday, but we did not have a good experience. We have two small kids so we could not wait until it was not a holiday/weekend for someone to come out. We knew we’d have to pay $130 just for them to come out, but they tried to oversell us dishonestly. In the first photo you’ll see that he told us “electrical components” needed to be fixed and it would be $1029. My husband and I talked privately and went back out to ask him what exactly needed to be fixed. It was then that he told my husband “ Capacitor, contactor, start circuit(compressor saver).” (I’m putting that in quotes because my husband wrote it in his phone as he was being told these three items.) My husband and I privately talked again, then the worker came in to talk to us. About 15 minutes into the conversation we found out the start circuit was ”
“Kes is very professional and knowledgeable about his job. I just had to point out to all my plumbing problems from my leacking toilet, clogged sink and shower drainages and a toilet that was not flushing all the way leading to stacked up toilet paper causing clogging. The price was great and I would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing issues solved. The issues looked like a piece of cake for him and he did not even take long to fix everything. “Danny assessed my faulty A/C issues properly. He was regretfully the bearer of bad news that I had already assumed. But, he was very courteous and understanding of the financial obligations. We worked out the particulars and had Chris come do the install of our brand new system the next morning. Chris was great as well. All in all, I am very satisfied with the service and the expedient response. Definitely wasn’t ready for the cost, but who really ever is. Always the most inopportune. “UPDATE: July 2026 I had two Trane HVAC units put in, Miguel and Wilbur and the entire team were fantastic. No disruption to my home, 4 hours total to take out two16 ton units and put in two new ones. These guys are the greatest. Strongly recommend this organization, Air Repair Pros! Dec 2025 Andrew, Drew and Johnny we're great. When the heat came on for the first time this year we had some issues, Air Repairs Pro was the first team to be available. They came out did a professional job. It required some troubleshooting and a couple of trips to solve a cascading series of equipment issues. The team was professional, responsive and effective. They were available on the weekends even taking time to have a call to explain the options to get us up and running permanently. We greatly appreciate them. I would strongly recommend these guys. They're vibrant and well-trained. Good group of people, hopefully you never need to call them for repairs, I would recommend getting them up as your regular service provider.”

“Steven S was great! He called to make sure I was home before the appt. He met me with a photo beforehand, so I knew who would arrive. His service was quick. He took videos to show the work he fixed, was respectful to my home by putting on shoe slips. It was really wonderful to have a plumber and an air-conditioning guy from the same service company. We didn’t have to call a different person to get a plumber. They arranged everything and put a time for us that worked with our full-time job schedules. I really appreciate the service and easy arrangements. Great service. I highly recommend.”
“Signed up for their service/maintenance program for my 3 units in May. Came out and Immediately found one 2 ton unit that needed to be repaired at $4300. “Waste of money to repair- replace for $12,000” can do next Monday - you really need to do it. I can I put you on the schedule? Got a second opinion. Added 2 pounds of Freon and it’s been running fine every since including the very hot period we are experiencing. Not very professional. Didn’t generate much confidence to the customer that he was acting in the customer’s best interest. Seemed to convey he just wanted to close the deal and get his commission. I Don,t recommend this company if their tech’s operate in this manner.”
“The initial response was fantastic. Arturo came out after 11pm on July 4. He was courteous energetic like we were his first appointment and we were his last. Our installment of the entire hvac system was pleasant. We did have an issue after the team left. The unit would not run. I called immediately and they sent Mikey. He knew his stuff and figured out the issue. The installment team it appeared did not wire the lines correctly. Plus, they did not give us any assistance with the app. However, Mikey to the rescue. He and his young assistant stayed, made sure the problem was solved and walked us thru and made sure we were connected to the app. We truly appreciated their courtesy and kindness.”

He also diagnosed a long‑standing issue in our bedroom that multiple companies had missed. For years, we never received adequate air‑conditioning, and Bo discovered that the plenum needed to be replaced and the ducts rerouted to properly distribute the air. Guillermo was my second technician, and he completed the repair. He was professional, efficient, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the final result. “Brad H. did a fantastic job with air conditioning repair and diagnostics. He was very knowledgeable and provided great service. Brad also offered several options that worked for our budget. Also the installation team of Chris and Chris were awesome. They arrived earlier than scheduled and worked to ensure the unit was installed properly. It was a very hot day and even hotter in our attic and they performed the work very well. They also ensured the space was neat and clean after the installation and explained everything very well before they left. “If you have my kind of luck, this is the company for you. When my a/c goes out, it’s usually on a Saturday. This time it was Saturday and the 4th of July. Called and talked to Marcy to dispatch a technician. In less than 2 hours, Drew E. was standing at my door. In less than an hour, he diagnosed the problem and repaired it. On top of that, he and Marcy were friendly, courteous and professional. I think that speaks well for the whole company—Air Repair Pros thinks enough of its customers to hire the best people. “Air Pro came out this morning and inspected my A/C unit. So glad he did because my coils were looking bad. Drew came out and took my outside unit apart and gave the coils a cleaning. He checked my inside blower and noticed some potential issues with the ductwork. Good information and it only cost me $15.00 because I joined their membership. They come out twice a year and has a 24 hour emergency service. Love that. Drew is super sociable and knowledgeable. Look forward to having him back again. In 6 months.”
