“I wish I could give this company five stars like everybody else but today service was beyond terrible. I first came across this company while I was in Home Depot weeks ago and one of the Store reps advised me that this company was doing tuneups. I called book up an appointment no problem. There is only able to come out like a week and a half after I booked the appointment I get it is Texas close to the summertime and I know they’re in high demand the day of they call me and advise. They need to reschedule because they were super backed up with other appointments so they wasn’t able to get me in for another week and a half. They came out today Monday, June 15, 2026 The gentlemen rang the doorbell and walked right back to his car. My Wife walked out, waved him down. He never got out the car. I finally pulled back up to the house. He gets out the car and says he was about to leave because he didn’t get no answer My Wife was literally standing in the driveway at the time that I pulled up and it was seconds later. “The friendly, helpful service tech went above and beyond to provide the best service in a thorough manner. The tech worked steadily for two days even through heavy rainfall to repair the leak. During the repair and afterward the tech took the time and effort to explain what repairs were done and why. “3:30 on a Friday and I had water in the hot water heater pan and no hot water. Miguel was here by 5:30, did a quick trouble shoot of my issue and found the AC pipe was clogged. He made quick work of clearing the pipe and the job was complete by 7:00. Miguel was professional, positive and encouraging. All very much appreciated. The cost of the repair was fair and worth every cent. I’m grateful for Miguel and ARS Rescue Rooter and highly recommend them.”
“Very fast service! Brandon was so polite and answered all of my questions and let me know what to expect when the installers arrived. The installers came at the beginning of the window, allowing me to have the rest of the day. They were professional and even helped me move a heavy shelf over so they’d have more room to work, and then moved it back after they finished. They explained what I needed to know about the new water heater and walked me through the process of draining it once a year. I would recommend this company to anyone who has plumbing concerns!”

“I had Gio come out and look at my Trane system. My Trane system is 8 years old. I was charge $395 but nothing was fixed. I had to call AC Repair Pros to look at it again and AC Repair pro’s were honest & working thru the issue. Ars rescue rooter charges $600 for leak detection. AC Air Repair Pros charged me $199 for leak detection and did a great job”

He added a boot to hold the pipe pieces together because it was missing a connector. My drain is running smoothly now. I definitely recommend ARS. They are thorough with their work and the employees are friendly and helpful.”

“Excellent service! I was put in touch with this team via the Lowe's water heater installation service (I had walked into a Lowe's store and requested it). Steve Beagle came out to assess and provide options/estimates. Very friendly and courteous and did an excellent job explaining the various options and working with me to make sure the project would reasonably fit into the price range we were looking for. He was very prompt with communication all the way till the installation date. Jose Luna was the main installer, assisted by Vitto. Both did an excellent job walking me through the process and answering my questions till the very end. Very professional as well.
