“What an incredible company. I do not even know where to start. First off, just kind and easy to work with staff from the phone to the technicians that came on site. I’m glad we went with Earl’s because they took great care of us. They went above and beyond in replacing our water heater and being patient when making sure everything worked. “We used their Lubbock location several months ago for a clogged toilet that was backing up into our bathtub. They "ran a camera" and said the line was fine and were able to "clear the clog". Two-three months later, I called them again for the same issue. "Cleared" it, no issues. Two or three months go by again, same issue. At this point, I've begun to suspect the line was not "fine" as we were told. I went with another company. Long story short, our entire sewer line had to be replaced due to corrosion and rust because of age. I asked the plumber then if he felt it could have been caught sooner. He said, possibly, if the original plumber knew how to run a camera and knew what to look for. He also said it was likely the original plumber didn't look carefully enough. Our entire line was cracked with portions completely missing; it's honestly a wonder it didn't leak and cause more damage. The original plumber from Earl's never questioned why there was a solid obstruction in the line. He said it was "just grease and such". Not so the case.
