“I had a Navien Tankless water heater that failed to produce hot water for my laundromat. It kept saying “No water flow” so I contacted Roto-rooters, and they sent Mohammed, who has experience working with commercial water heaters. My experience with Mohammed was truly exceptional! He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and fun to work with. He was able to identify that I needed water adjustment valve parts and assist me in the whole process. As a result of his expertise, I finally have hot water again 🔥😀 However, I would not recommend working with Peter again because he was unfriendly and gave me bad experience. “06APR2026 I recv a head up call from Roto Rooter's office. My Tech, Mr. Robinson wld b arrv w/n 30 mins. Mr. Robinson politely showed up to access the issue of a stopped up toilet. He made certain the matter was completely resolved. Mr. Robinson after cleaning up asked were there any other issues. The Tech was here all of 15mins. My better observation, he arrv'd ready to work. Although uniform is required, he was neat clean and wore booties over his clean work boots. Well groomed fresh w/o the cologne fragrance nor the cigarette/cigar smoke. “We needed an emergency visit from Roto Rooter on a Sunday morning with company visiting from out of town. Using their app I scheduled the earliest available appointment thinking maybe by the end if the day we could have someone to our house. Within 15 minutes I had a confirmed appointment and Dennis was right in time. He cleared our line 10 minutes after arrival and even had me double check to assure the lines were running without backup. Dennis was extremely professional and courteous the entire visit. “Bry initially responded when our water heater had a major valve disengagement, showering the interior of the house with large amounts of water. Bry responded immediately after wel called. Bry immediately when to work, salvaging what he could and turning off the gas and water. He replaced the water heater the same night, allowing us to have hot water once the tank filled up. Bry came back several times to make sure the water heater was running properly and if we had any questions or issues the the parts or service delivered. Bry came out today to assist with our gas fire place. He inspected the systems and monitored where the gas came into the house and attic. He was able to get the fire place started with little trouble. Bry and the crew from Rotor Rutor will have our business for life. They were timely. The gave us the information we needed, what it was going to cost; and worked with the insurance company to keep the process working smoothly. “I called them out for a leak in my front yard. The guy came out and couldn't find my water meter. I told him that i was informed that it was by the sidewalk, behind the mailbox. He still couldn't find it. It turned out to be covered by a layer of dirt. It had only been about 10 minutes when he said her was going to have to start charging me for exploratory digging. He started "digging" basically putting the shovel in the ground and moving the dirt around. Not actually pulling up dirt to look for anything. He managed to break one of my sprinkler pipes. I asked him, what he just busted and he wouldn't answer. He did fix it, it was just annoying that he wouldn't acknowledge that I was talking to him. All the while he is telling me that it is probably a foundation leak and will cost me a couple of thousand dollars to fix. We called someone from the come out and help him find it. He couldn't find it either. I told him where it was supposed to be, but he kept looking in other places. Needless to say, I got the name of a LOCAL plumber and called him. He told me what he thought the problem would be and said he would come out and look at it. Once i told the Roto Rooter guy ”
