“Oh, my gosh - THANK YOU!!! to the AMAZING plumbers from Speake’s! We have an 83 yr. old house, so every time there’s a problem it seems to open up a huge can of worms and always brings unexpected difficulties. Today’s pedestal sink install was no exception - but Lucas handled it all with grace, expertise, and super hero skills! First time we’ve called them, since we just found out about them - but they’ll have customers for life in us. Everything about it was professional, helpful, kind - AND, very!!! reasonable in price. “AWESOME experience! Called on a Wednesday late afternoon and they were able to come on Thursday . Randy and Hank were OUTSTANDING! They were both very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions we had. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Randy went out of his way to install a hose that needed replacing. “Thomas provided three services: 1) repaired a sink drain problem & replaced the existing stopper with push/pull style, 2) installed rebuild kit for a toilet which was leaking, 3) replaced kitchen sink faucet/sprayer with better new unit. Associated with these was replacement of three old shut-offs with new quarter turn style, re-routing/simplifying under kitchen sink lines and unstopping guest bath sink into which the AC condenser line connects (had clogged with drainage from the AC). The kitchen sink and guest bath sink took longer times than expected due to piping re-work. Thomas completed all items, left everything in good working order and cleaned up thoroughly. I thought price was high overall, especially the labor rate, but that may just be the current environment. All service was performed well and Thomas explained everything to be done and the options available.”

“I left a voicemail over the weekend and Speake's reached out first thing Monday morning. Scheduled next available appointment for Tuesday morning. I asked if they could come out on Monday and they stated they would call if they had a cancellation or if a scheduled job ended earlier than anticipated. They called a couple hours lated and said they had a tech available to come out. Two techs arrived within 30 minutes. They were professional, explained exactly what they were going to do to troubleshoot the problem. I was impressed with their attention to detail. “Previously we had two new toilets installed and the water heater flushed (maintenance). As usual, the work was excellent, done quickly and reliably. Speakes has an excellent team. Speakes sent someone out within a couple of hours after we called. He worked with the A/C technician to get our problem resolved.
