“OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! Our hot water unit broke the afternoon before this big ice storm. The insurance company tried to give them the runaround and they wouldn’t take no for an answer. Once resolved, they worked late into the night to make sure it was done in time for the storm. They also noticed our previous unit was very poorly installed (the previous guy cut corners) and they properly installed the unit and cut all new ducting and exhaust. Amazing all around”

“Paid 1,200 dollars to replace all PVC with pex in a trailer house, when they finished they texted me and told me I had to fix a leak in the spare bathroom. Turns out, had to fix 3 leaks throughout, which wasn’t a huge deal. Then had a blow out while I was working out of town, turns out they only replaced the PVC I could see. They told my mom while they were there and animal had bumped it. Not true, then charged me 200 dollars to fix it, when I disputed the charges he told me the pipe froze. In MAY. Then told me if I didn’t pay he was putting a lean on my house. 🤣 I paid but will not be using again. And in response to your response. The quote was for ALL rotted PVC to be replaced. And you KNOW it was. You’re a liar and a scammer and only did what you did because I was out of state and you knew you could take advantage of my mother.
