“Do NOT get a loan with this bank. We signed paperwork for them to withhold a retainage with our constitution loan. It was not done because THEY overlooked the paperwork. Also, trying to get an in-person meeting is impossible. I gave them two weeks worth of days I could come in, but they never would set an appointment. Never offered alternative dates. Email after email of “it’s hard to meet”, “I’m really busy” and “what exactly do you want to discuss.” I have two emails where I told them what I wanted ti discuss, but even after a long email chain over several days, no appointment was set. Very disappointing!”
