Unfortunately, they proceeded to charge me for the total hourly estimate that I was initially given, rather than updating the charge to the actual hours spent on the job. I had to call and have it corrected. When questioned, the plumber who came to my house said he hadn't really paid attention to the time spent on the job. Since I have cameras that time stamp when someone is at my front door, I was able to let them know that I had the actual times and they were indeed overcharging me. Yes, they corrected my amount due, however, it felt like they were taking advantage of me and being dishonest with their charges. Would not use them again based on this experience.”
