“My husband and I contacted Reliant because we had a leak underneath our bathroom sink. We contacted Reliant on a Friday and they answered the phone immediately and came out that day to fix the problem but we had to reschedule due to another engagement. Mark Allen came in the morning and not only fixed the problem but identified another issue that he also fixed. Mark is a professional and did a superb job! Reliant is my plumbing company!”

“This company charged me 150% of the quoted contract price, did not inform me if the overcharge, and now has taken more that 3 weeks to refund the difference (after acknowledging their mistake). It’s nearly impossible to speak to a live person as their answering service is AI driven. No one has halted me back after I have left numerous messages and have provided all the documentation they requested 3 weeks ago. While the actual work they did was fine, their customer service is awful.”
