“I appreciated the text updates about the plumbers arrival. The tracking feature was also very convenient. Jason and his assistant went the extra mile by making sure they were able to dig the trench to access the sewage line even when the digging team was unavailable. Offering a first responder discount made the cost of the project significantly less than other bids I received and I'm truly thankful it worked out that way. “Called at the very end of May to have 3 bathrooms (sink and tub in each) cleared from slow draining. Was charged over 200 each room. Was told 1 tub needed jetted and theyd come back. Total job quoted over 1k with a little over 500 being for an hour of jetting. Paid somewhere around 650-700 after fees and was told the jetting portion would be paid after service rendered. They come back but their jetter broke when they tried to use it so they left and said they'd get to it as soon as its fixed. While im waiting to hear back the first 2 weeks, that same bathrooms sink starts backing up again. Another week goes by and nobody is calling me like I was told so I call to see why and get an appointment-3 weeks at this point- im scheduled for the next day and told ill be given a quote. A quote for what? I already paid for that drain to be unclogged and it clearly wasnt. Im then called back and have to cancel the appointment due to the Jetter still being broken but I'm promised a next day call with a game plan. No call. I call back 6 days later and finally get the call returned the next day, a week later than promised -we are at 4 weeks now- Im told it can be til august before its repaired. We can't wait 3 months from signing up for a simple repair to be completed so we are going elsewhere. The disgusting part is not only the complete non existent communication/follow through, but also the fact we paid for a bathroom that neither sink nor tub were actually fixed. Make that make sense. I really thought we had found a good plumber finally with how nice their tech was. You shouldn't have to chase down people you paid to do a job.”
