Christian tech from E&G, installed the softener system. Christian was very professional and knowledgeable. Work was completed efficiently and Christian left the work area spotless. He listened carefully to my concerns and took the time to explain everything clearly. He was extremely clean while doing the job and made sure everything was spotless before he left. “TLDR: Outside plumbing was done by a Monkey that due to being struck by lightning somehow learned to use tools and whatever pipes he had laying around. Eddie replaced all of said monkeys crimes against physics and walked me through everything step by step. So.. the person that did the plumbing on my house Prior to us calling out Eddie and Christian was at best... Just a dude, and at worst a plumbing war criminal. The things we saw that day would confuse the handiest of handy men. But, I have to admit, the insanity he buried that day some 15 to 20 years ago lasted, till it didn't. So there was some crazy repairs we had to do. But none of that is important. What's important is that I legit feel like I understand plumbing better after Eddie literally walked me through everything. He explained options to do now and to do later, and even options to do now that will make the later options cheaper. The only way this job could have gone better was if I had won a contest for free plumbing work. Eddie did everything but Dark Magic to make this as painless as possible. I will use E&G till the waters run dry. Christian: Remember to bring wasp spray (and put it in the right truck) and the sharpshooter shovel thingy next time.”
