Instead of explaining how it happened to avoid future damages to new equipment, I was yelled at by the Service Manager, Donnie and was re informed of his credentials. Regardless of how many years this guy has been in the "field", he knew very little about how to correct this issue and rambled about how I needed to just buy a new one. This place has no customer service, the service technicians show up without appointments and the Service Manager will just raise your blood pressure.”
