“We signed up for Honest Air Conditioning’s annual maintenance plan, and we’ve been very pleased with their service. They have performed regular tune-ups for us and have always been professional and reliable. Recently, we experienced an issue with our air conditioner, and Honest had a technician at our home within just a few hours. Our technician, John, was outstanding. He was professional, courteous, and took the time to clearly explain the problem and our options. He completed the repair quickly and efficiently, and our system was back up and running in no time. It’s refreshing to work with a company that is responsive, knowledgeable, and truly cares about its customers. We highly recommend Honest Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing and appreciate the excellent service John provided.”

“I would like to give yall 10 stars, but they evidently had not figured the value of Honest Air Conditioning and Plumbing. Especially being smart enough to hire a technician who was polite, funny, and explained everything in a way that I could understand. He also took his time diagnosing my Trane system and not rushing to get to another appointment. I was so impressed that I asked for a yearly maintenance plan (only $279/year) as long as Rosavelt - the BEST EVER! Technician - is the one who knocks on my door! He's should be the face of your company. An amazing young man!”

“I had a great experience with Honest Air Conditioning and Plumbing! The technician came out to review my toilet issue, walked me through all the options clearly, and made sure I understood what needed to be done. She was professional, knowledgeable, and very patient with my questions. They were able to fix the issue quickly and efficiently, and everything is working perfectly now. I was so impressed with the service that I decided to become a member. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for honest, reliable service!”

“I thought I left a review for Honest Air Conditioning and Plumbing when they came out last time, but maybe I didn't. These guys are so professional, courteous and knowledgeable I can't give enough stars! This time the fan motor on the ac starting having issues just in time for the heat. Honest got me on the schedule the very next day and arrived at the beginning of their expected window and gave me a heads up that they were on the way. Roosevelt went to work immediately assessing the problem and double checked things before letting me know his findings. The motor was operating as intended, but it's getting old (15 years) and like all old things is beginning to wear down. He let me know it doesn't really need to be replaced right now, but there's now way to tell when it will give out. He spent roughly an hour of his time and didn't want to charge me anything even after I insisted he be paid for his time! He's going to get me a bid for replacing the motor and for replacing the entire unit since it is 15 year old. Like I said, there aren't enough stars in the sky to show how much I appreciate this company. As a business owner myself it is incredibly refreshing to find one that is in it to help their customer instead of searching for the next dollar. Thanks, guys!”

“The techs arrived after the service window but were nice, professional, and went over what they did and all the things they suggested to get done. The maintenence price was reasonable, the down side is the prices they provided for recommended services weren't reasonable or at all competitive with the current market. I'd use them again for the maintenance check but will be going to other companies for any addition services.”
